Sho-No-Luv
Senior Don Juan
Cmon, mods he's actually a good guy.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
This. The guy is Elliot Rogers 2.0.Last week I see him posting about feeling violent tendencies towards women, wanting to push them down stairs or whatever. This is not good material to be posting on any website and least of all here, where we are discussing sensitive topics and there are emotional, vulnerable minds that might get the wrong impression. Like I said to him on that very thread, he needs some sort of face to face professional input; not some pop psychology on an amateur internet forum like this, which clearly hasn't been working for him.
Well, we are all entitled to our opinions, LOL.This. The guy is Elliot Rogers 2.0.
He shows absolutely no ability or intention to consider other people's points of view, nor deviate from his quite frankly, disturbing and destructive views on women - impressionable noobs don't benefit from reading nonsense like this. And in all the time he's been on this forum he hasn't changed.
I hope the ban is permanent. His net contribution to this forum is a huge negative.
I like Tenacity and think he has more to offer than most here. He can offer solid, practical advice. He is just his own worst enemy when it comes to going off on people! It doesn't shock me that he got banned!

True, in no small part due to guys like him...This forum isn't always the healthiest place to be.
No delusion here sweety.Don't have any dellusion that he will change his posting style once he comes back. He is who he is. He's frustrated and venting a lot here. He may be able to contain himself for a bit but we all know people don't change. Eventually he will resume true tenacity style.
I'm all for second chances for anyone.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Playherman?We need to unban playherman.
He wasn't so bad. Just working sh!t out like a lot of us are.
Hopefully he's unbanned soon. Figures out what he was doing wrong and focuses on what he was doing right. There were a lot of interesting things in his posts.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
