"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Usually I am ok with dealing with situations such as this, but yesterday something happened, which I am a little confused over.

Late at night, a friend IMed me inviting me to her house to a party. She said "S" wanted me there. "S" is my ex. Earlier that day, her and I had been talking on AIM and she was laughing at all my little jokes (well, if "lol" and "hahahaha" counts as real laughing). But when I got to the party, she payed very little attention to me (though, in all fairness, I payed very little attention to her). Now, I had just decided to stop taking my medication, so I was acting really jittery and nervous, so it may have been in my head. Then later, when we were sitting at the table and talking to other people, she woud occasionally move her legs, causing her feet to touch mine. Trying to show confidence, I did not move my legs away. Instead, I just left them there. In turn, she left hers there. This continued throughout the evening, and might suggest some very minor kino.

I am generally asking if her behavior suggested that she was interested, disinterested, or neutral.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hmm, I didn't sugar coat it. Of course I want her back, or else I wouldn't care either way if she was interested.

HAHA Oakraiderz got owned again!!! stop telling people to just do it, that's nike's job!

I could give you more, but it would all by my inferences.

She likes you.

yes she likes you.

Her/your friend knows it too.

this is crap, why am I even responding?

The footsies is good, but you did nothing, which is why oakraiderz called you out, you don't like her enough if you won't initiate any of the kino and attention.

...ok, owned again...right

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Thanks. I didn't specify though, that, at the party, she barely spoke to me, and was usually faced away from me. When we did speak, she didn't seem to be excited or anything.

That may just have been the fact that it is awkward to be around an ex. Who knows.
