if my body fat measurements are correct my stats are

22% BF OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there an accurate way of determing body fat? Surely im not 22% there has to be something wrong maybe ive not done it accurately.

Any good sites to help me find my bf accurately with my accu-measurers? Cheers

oh btw i used skinnyguy bf measuring method.

i look skinny as fvck not fat at all this doesnt make sence, i shouldnt cut i should bulk but according to that i must cut.:mad:

Most likely the online calculation is rubbish - get your bf measured by a specialist with calipers or hydrostatic weighing. You could be 22% though, bf is the ratio of fat to lean mass.. if your lean mass is very low then it could be reasonable (but at your bodyweight I doubt it somehow) - get it checked properly.

Personally I wouldn't even dream of 'c*tting' until I hit 200lbs of more. What the hell would you be cutting up?

lol i found out today that i forgot to put this thing up on the accu-measure. Skinnyguy was correct and my bf is closer to 11%. Wooooot. Talk about over reaction from me!

I'll start a workout log here soon for my bulk to 200lb using the skinnyguy method.
