Agreed. I used to live there and now LA is a-lot more difficult logistically. Everything in NYC is right there. I actually may move back there one day, lol.

True. I am in Jersey, about 30 minutes from the city. The hottest girls I have met through online dating all lived in the city. I am talking HB8's and up.

Isn’t it somewhat rigged toward very rich guys? It seems like the average joe wouldn’t do well there since he is competing against investment bankers and hedge fund managers. Not to mention a drink costs $20 there lol

I personally know a guy in NYC who will agree with this. He moved from Central Illinois (not Chicago) to NYC. He makes ~100k in NYC in I.T. and said he had no idea he could ever make ~100k and be so poor. He lives in a nice place but shares it with 2-3 other guys and says its more like college than living as an individual adult. In Central Illinois 100k will put you in the rich folk neighborhood, maybe even a 'gated community' if that's your thing. NYC is somewhere I would like to visit to see what its all about.

Nah I'm pretty much broke and I get laid. I get most of my women in Brooklyn which is where I live. You will obviously have an easier time if you're rich though. Every chick here is looking for a come up.

It depends where you live in NYC. I make way less than 100k and have no problems. The further you are from Manhattan the cheaper it gets.

Average income in Manhattan is close to 200k annual and average condo price is 2 mil. But many NY'ers don't live in Manhattan.

the trick is not trying to live in some fancy neighborhood like chelsea with $3000 a month apartments
