Workout for this week:

Monday
Squats - 3x5x160lbs +5lbs
Rows - 3x5x110lbs
Overhead Press - 3x5x60lbs
Pull ups - 2x10

Wednesday
Squats - 3x5x160lbs
Bench - 3x5x125lbs
Deadlift - 2x5x140lbs +5lbs

Friday:
Squats - 3x5x160lbs
Rows - 3x5x110lbs
Overhead Press - 3x5x60lbs
Pull ups - 2x10

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Increased squat/deadlift as usual.
Bench is still the same. I almost got all 3 sets in except for the very last rep on the very last set, I needed a spot for that one. Won't be increasing the weight til I get all 3 sets in without any assistance.

btw, Squats are starting to get haaaard! Like holy, I'm really pushing myself now. ATG squats are a b!tch, but it feels good after. :D

And I've been abit lazy and haven't been keeping track of what I eat each day. But I'm for sure not eating enough. I'm always busy with things so sometimes I just forget to eat. My body doesn't get hungry, its wierd. I have to force feed myself most of the time. :(

yeah, you typically don't get hungry anymore on a 6 meal diet. Make sure you try to get all your food. It could cause you to stall on your lifts if your aren't eating enough.

Its been around 3 months since i started the program and I've gone from around 120lbs to around 127lbs.
Is that good gain or not?
Even at 16 you should still be gaining more than 7lbs in 3months. I don't think your eating enough. Start posting your exact diet up every single day for awhile in quantities (would be great if you could get a cheap food scale and measure things out)

Yes. Don't be in a rush to gain more than a few pounds a month, your body is growing because you are so young, don't be surprised if you don't grow one month and sporadically grow the next. If you gain about 2-3 lbs a month, you could gain up to 36 pounds in one year. Which is great! My younger brother who weighed 113lbs started on new years and is up 27lbs already. Which is a dramatic difference. Don't overthink, just eat lift and get a good nights sleep.

Keep it up, and before you know it you'll be a lasagna
heh that was witty

Okay, no more slacking from me then. Diet everyday.
I'll try and find a scale somewhere, but for now i'll estimate.

Diet for today:
Meal 1: egg omolete - 3 whole eggs, 200g ham, half an onion, 5 mushrooms.
Meal 2: Protien shake - 1 scoop whey, 250ml milk, ice cream, banana
Meal 3: stir fried noodles, ginger beef, sushi, sweet & sour pork, veggies
Meal 4: fried rice, fruits, ice cream, and alot of chinese food (went to a buffet :D)
Meal 5: Soup - Turkey, noodles, beans, carrots
Meal 6: Protien Shake - whey, milk

Workout for today:
Squats - 3x5x165lbs +5lbs
Bench - 3x5x125lbs
Deads - 2x5x140lbs

Omg, the workout today was HELL!
I didn't get enough sleep the night before so I was extremely low on energy after I did those darn squats.
I got all 3 sets in for bench, I'll increase on Friday. Deadlifts I know I could've done more, I just didn't have the energy to do them.
I was sooo tired after, I couldn't even do dips.

Lesson learnt, get enough rest before working out!!

Diet for Tuesday:
Meal 1: Turkey sandwich with glass of milk
Meal 2: Protien Shake (1 banana, ice cream, milk, whey, yogurt) + hotdog on whole wheat bread
Meal 3: Bagel with Cream Cheese + Beef Submarine (veggies, beef, white bread)
Meal 4: Rice, fish, veggies
Meal 5:miss
meal 6:miss

Well, I missed alot of meals yesterday because I had this huge ass movie to edit/film. I had about 15 guys over at my house, we were filming all night non-stop. It was the only night we could all gather together for a long while so we had to get as much done as possible.

if something like that comes again then have a liquid meal or hell have some junk food, eat whatever you can get your hands on. bad calories are better than no calories especially in your case.

good job with the workouts, keep pounding the food. :)
