Even at 16 you should still be gaining more than 7lbs in 3months. I don't think your eating enough. Well, I missed alot of meals yesterday because I had this huge ass movie to edit/film. I had about 15 guys over at my house, we were filming all night non-stop. It was the only night we could all gather together for a long while so we had to get as much done as possible.
