What are your New Years resolutions this coming year? Anything related to women at all? Mine is to lose weight.

Been grinding hard the past 6 months, really took the "get better not bitter" mindset and ran with it.
Some goals in mind for 2023.
-Move out by the time i'm 26
-Put a dent in a certain bucket list
-Get better at game
-Get my side hustles off the backburner
-Perfect my planche (not plank)
-Work towards consecutive muscle ups
-join a boxing gym
-Start Jiu jitsu...again
-Prioritizing my needs, Mental point of origin
-Go on a solo vacation
-Quit being a *****

-Quit Alcohol 100% (it's not healthy)
-Be consistent with my gym routine and lower my body fat
-Get a location independent source of income that's enough to sustain me, and allow me to finally leave Australia
-Find a woman worth committing to that I have a genuine connection with

I got the weight room down, but my goal is to grow a beard. I can’t grow almost any facial hair right now (aside from a faint, blonde mustache), so I’m going to use Minoxidil and a microneedle roller for the best attempt. The goal is just to be consistent over a year and see what happens. Hopefully I turn into a viking.

None. If you have to wait to New Years to come up with something you want to do you probably aren't going to stick with it very long.

Look at all the people who get gym memberships that go unused for months after early February.

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield for health insurance. They have a program you join through the insurance, and you get a little paper card and access to a phone app. With those, you can go to a whole list of different gyms and not pay the gym. The gym bills the insurance per each of your visits. Going to Planet Fitness right now. When that gets boring, I can go back to Golds. Or even some mom and pop local gyms take it. It's pretty nice!!

I have the same program. It’s great. You can sample different gyms and times to get the workout you want and look for where the hottest women go. You can just comment on their shirt (whatever logo or location is on it), or ask them to spot you on the bench press. Then just chat them up and tease them from there, and close.

I’m in my small hometown away from college, and the gym has been my best approach spot. The prospects are somewhat slim, but I have this fire inside of me to approach any young woman who I am attracted to. It’s like a compulsion. I always go indirect, which I think is important in this day of age.

I had one great approach yesterday. Whenever I approach, I don’t ask questions about the girl. Instead I assume what she is and guess that attribute. So instead of saying, “what major are you?”, I say “you seem like an education major”. I was assuming correct things about this girl left and right (psych major, German ancestry), and she was pretty amazed. I told her I was Freud. Going to try to get her out to a concert at night and close from there.
