"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

There is this girl that I haven't seen for about yrs and I recently ran into her again. It was a quick Hi how are and thats it. The thing is that yrs ago I had asked her out she said yes but if few days she said something had come up and she had to reschedule I was fine with that. Now my question is now that ran into her again I want to ask her out again but I don't know what to say. Can you give me you honest opinion on what I should say.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Well I left the company that we worked for 2 weeks prior to her leaving. The reason for not following up was I didn't know if she was seeing any one at the time and I figured that she need some space and didn't what her to fell pressured. From what I have been told she not married or seeing any one. I don't have her phone number but I do have her e-mail address.

If she VOLUNTARILY gave you the e-mail address then say a polite "Hello"!!! And measure her response in return and gauge for interest!!

I'll try that. The only problem that I have is know what to say I'll start to type and stop and read what I have so far and it make no sense to me so I start all over by the time I get ready to send it makes no sense what so ever. I get the felling that I just put my foot in my mouth. I know its an easy thing to do but I get nervous and mess up.

C+F tell her that she still owes you a date, with interest (bank interest, not emotional interest).
