Society's ranking systems are ridiculously off.
Somehow in a 1-10 scale, 7 became average, and 5 means ugly. If you ask people to rate themselves, most will say 8, which to them means 'above average', when in reality 8/10 is supermodel status. 9/10 is a Miss Universe contestant. 10/10 is practically impossible, even the Miss Universe winner isn't a 10.
If you rank someone a 7, you're saying they are in the top 30% of their peer group! Thats a great score, the kind that can get you an B-level entertainment career based mostly on your looks.
That girl is a 5, which is not instulting at all.

Good point, I hadn't thought of that. It always pissed me off that I have to get a 2.0 GPA in school (which is like 65%), even though the cut-off mark is 50%.Mctwist4 said:

I don't have anything bad to say about gay people, but anyone who is gay here should know what most of the members of this forum think about it. Don't expect people here who have a problem with it to keep quiet or put up with it.
