My point is Diesels program is far from optimal, very few people here need to be doing a 4 Day a week routine, and i also think that not many newbies would be able to create a realistic workout with the set numbers he has for each exercise.Quiksilver said:Somebody has to go through Diesel's guide and paraphrase it, keeping only the essentials of his program/methods. Put someone with endomorphic tendencies on 3g of carbs a day, even clean carbs like oats, and I'll show you mr fatboy in less than three months. However if said endomorph had some idea of complex vs simple carbs, insulin, carb timings etc they'd use some deductive reasoning, restrict carbs to around workout times, not overfeed on them and do so much more so that their diet is tailored to themselves without getting a generic number and applying it without a second thought.Carbs: 2-3g/ # of body weight
