“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

er...diesel's guides are pretty slimmed down. and we're not talking about deleting them, just removing them as a "sticky" at the top of this forum.

Somebody has to go through Diesel's guide and paraphrase it, keeping only the essentials of his program/methods. It shouldn't be deleted if people are getting results from it, there has to be an alternative though.
My point is Diesels program is far from optimal, very few people here need to be doing a 4 Day a week routine, and i also think that not many newbies would be able to create a realistic workout with the set numbers he has for each exercise.

Like Throttle said, it wouldn't be deleted, it would just no longer be a sticky

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Guys, how about I do a summary post like Diesel did. My guide has a lot of blurb which is the way I explain things but Diesel's guides do have their simplicity. I could write a summary post without much 'fluff' that covers what the Guide would have covered and then build up the Idiot's Guide as a more comprehensive explanation.

Sort of like a quick reference sheet as opposed to the whole game manual.
No don't condense it. If you're too lazy to read 2-3 pages of text how the fvck are you going to work out properly on a consistent basis?

Let people wallow in mediocrity if they're not willing to read. All the information is already in your previous thread.

I hate hand feeding people..

Falling asleep trying to understand all the information in "2-3 pages of text" is not going to help motivate you to work out.

yeah well, if I only said "Eat 2g of protein per lb" all the bb.com boys and wannabe biologists are going to tell me it's a waste, the body can't handle that much, it's gonna kill you, bad for your kidneys etc. And then I'll tell them to ditch their beloved cable crossovers and chest flys because they don't do much except give you a temporary pump and they'll break out in a cold sweat.

The reason that I write so much is so that people understand WHY I'm recommending x and y and not just spouting numbers and formulas off my head. Any idiot can write a workout routine but ask him to back it with WHY it works and they won't be able to. And if the trainee understands why a certain diet/routine works, they'll have so much more faith in it and will be happy doing it, instead of having workout ADD and switch things up every month to 'catch the body offguard'..

Quite frankly most guys on here are just after a quick fix and want to put on 50lbs of muscle and lose 50lbs of fat in a week BUT IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN. And the sooner you guys understand WHY it won't happen and that this is a marathon and not a sprint, the sooner you'll stop hammering yourself into the ground every workout and doing 100s of sets and eating tuna and ricecakes (so you keep your sixpack) .. and actually start eating and training right, and in 1-3 years there's your 50lbs of muscle, you've dropped fat on the way and you look absolutely awesome.

MrRuckus is right and while I try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt because most of you are teenagers, the majority are spoilt brats, pure and simple.

Warboss Alex,
I do enjoy reading the background information on things, and the main reason I choose to follow your principles is because I agree with the background information.

that being said, I believe in being concise and cutting through the fat whenever possible.

Its the same principle you believe in for your workouts.

Stick to a few important exercises, work intensely, but no longer than is needed to stimulate growth.

If you dont want to spend lots of time in the gym, but still want results (and are realistic enough to understand the principles you swear by), does that make you lazy? no. that makes you efficient.

If you want results, without having to leaf through pages and pages, does that make you spoiled? no. that makes you efficient.

Yeah, tell me the science behind all of this so I can understand why I should it. Then I may be able to make adjustments if necessary without having the need to write a frantic "what do I do now!!!???" post.

eh...i can see both sides of it. cross-linking a handy reference guide to the full guide seems like a reasonable compromise. I know that the sheer provocation of Diesel's super-condensed guides got my attention when I first came here, and patience & curiosity helped me dig deeper.

ADDMAN,

My argument is, people follow advice blindly without any opinion or thoughts of their own - what good is that? If I was to write on how to gain weight and lose fat it'd take one page or even less than that but it'd be so general and cookie-cuttered that it simply would not work for the masses.

Diesel's guide for example:
Carbs: 2-3g/ # of body weight
Put someone with endomorphic tendencies on 3g of carbs a day, even clean carbs like oats, and I'll show you mr fatboy in less than three months. However if said endomorph had some idea of complex vs simple carbs, insulin, carb timings etc they'd use some deductive reasoning, restrict carbs to around workout times, not overfeed on them and do so much more so that their diet is tailored to themselves without getting a generic number and applying it without a second thought.

Honestly, the easiest thing for me or a personal trainer who's got a client willing to listen and follow orders blindly is to just ask the trainee questions about themselves ("weight, height, carb sensitivity, allergies, lifestyle, age etc") and write them out a customised plan. My intention is to shed some light on WHY it's recommended for, for example, an endomorph to limit carb intake, why carb cycling is best for fat loss, why older lifters should do more reps and so on.

If someone PMs me the first thing I do is ask them a series of questions, and then I can recommend them a diet and routine straight away. But I want people to be able to do this for themselves. It's not a science, it's fairly common sense most of it.. either way, if people believe in DIESEL's guides keep them up no problem and if people want specific help they can PM me, manuva, Throttle, EFFORT etc.. I've never ignored a PM nor refused to answer one and it's probably easier than trying to write up a guide which should answer 95% of people's questions but over 6-7 pages..

I see what you mean. I forget sometimes that lots of people come through the site and many do not have much knowledge of exercise and nutrition, and therefore cannot do it themselves.

i like diesels guides because, even though they dont explain the mechanics behind the processes, they are basically just how to guides.

when i 1st started working out, i didnt want to read through information about carbs, fats, etc. i just wanted to lift and get a good diet down. i started worrying about the other stuff as i got more advanced.
