I understand, but why do you want to show that? Do you want to be her friend? Do you want to fuk her? Is she someone that you have to see regularly for whatever reason? If you have to see her around town regularly I could see how proposing "peace" could help, but if not I don't see any positive outcome to re-establishing any kind of connection with an ex.

To show her you have no hard feelings anymore? Firstly where is this need to prove you have no hard feelings coming from? She dropped you for another dude. Your ego was hurt and basically you could say you lost her approval (of you as a person). There's some deep need in you that wants her to approve of the fact that "you've no hard feelings". Let it go. Let it go. Let it go. You only need to know that you have no hard feelings anymore and the best way to do that is ignore her existence and validate your own life.
Secondly, upone receiving your card I don't think she will say "ah that's fantastic, he has no hard feelings, he's such a great guy". Probably she will view the card with derision and pity. She has long moved on and you are in the past to her.
The fact that you have this need to prove to her that there is no hard feelings shows that you haven't fully moved on/let go.
