If you can manage to pack in 300g of protein in one sitting I commend you for having a ridiculously huge stomach! I've always wondered about this too but I think it's biologically impossible to eat that much at one time without vomiting immediately. Spreading it out over the course of the day would be way easier for the body to handle. Scientifically, who knows...mrRuckus said:Why?
