"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Evidence suggests that among the fully vaccinated and boosted omicron is more of an endemic respiratory disease that is not fatal. Aka, if you keep up with the shots at worst it is like the flu.

I do not understand why people are still making this political.
It is a political issue when governments start fining people. There are more fights on airplanes than ever before. When you can basically tell someone to fvck off by deciding whether or not to wear a mask or get vaccinated then its political by nature. 30% of other Canadians would want me behind bars for not getting vaccinated according to polls. How can it get more nasty than that?

Says you. I can afford anything.
Then get omnicron infected. You cant brag about being unvaccinated until it hits you.

Lots of people in the ICU crying they did not get vaxcinated before they died. I guess you are better than they are.

COVID-19 was a new strain of coronavirus; thus the science on it has been evolving as we learn more information. It is always going to be a losing argument to those that require concrete answers to be “convinced.” Unfortunately, the people who do not trust the science community are disproportionately dying because of it.
Are you aware on any historical examples of when the "science community" was wrong?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I can certainly brag about having a stronger body if this illness hasn't even touched me. Says more that this thing hit all the unhealthy people around me. Btw people have gotten sick prior to 2020. Why does everyone have amnesia all of a sudden?

Sure. However, that is not the point. The choice is advisement of virologists and epidemiologists vs. your own opinions and feelings.
Did you know that, at one time, "virologists" and epidemiologists" treated diseases like the plague by bloodletting? I'd like to think that modern doctors know more about Covid than medieval doctors knew about plague, but I'm starting to have doubts.

Cool. Your feelings vs. epidemiologists.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

So I have bragging rights then? I'm not vaccinated. Though I didn't get tested, my fwb and I both manifested symptoms at the same time, and got over them around the same time. She tested positive for covid. I was with her a few days, and a week before we both showed symptoms. I lost my smell/taste, had a slight irritated throat, felt weak, drunk, delirium for a couple hours and body soreness. I'm pretty sure I got covid from her.
No I never said you were bragging. I am not bragging either and I am also unvaccinated. I do believe the virus is real and have not been infected yet and I dont want it.

By the grace of God I have avoided infection. My mother says there is a spiritual shield blocking the virus. That is the only reason I am alive today despite looking at porn (I fear I bite the hand that is protecting me by doing that, though I have repented again?).

I am also taking 10,000 IUs of vitamin D, 2 K2s, 2 Zinc and plan to go to ths weed store and try some Cbd Drops (and maybe some edibles) plus wear n95 mask so I am doing everything I can to not get infected.

A vaccine choice is suspended until Feb 12th as I no showed a vaccine appointment on Jan 12 leading to a self imposed 30 day delay. I have suspended my free will to take the vaccine until that date or later.

I guess I mentally assent with the vaccine. Just like some people mentally assent Jesus but dont invite Him in, they dont repent and want an easy life. I do the same with the vaccine. Maybe one day I will take the plunge.

I think the biggest injustice is being put into labels like "no vaccines/ vaxxers [this word is still a language trick I hate it]". Really speaks to the average intellect of most people when all they can do is shuffle others into only two categories. Like their brains cannot go beyond that.

I dont know the answer to your question, but the first step would be to look at the data and see if they controlled for other variables. The vax rate should be higher among people who are old and sick already, idk if they controlled for differences in the two samples, vaxxed vs unvaxxed.

People are reporting in the ER they are vaxxed and boosted, show their proof (it's now electronic in CT), but they are having severe issues. Many have underlining medical issues which has most likely exacerbated the situation. However, saying that everyone should get vaxxed and then COVID will go away is completely false. It will continue to mutate, most likely to a lessor virus strain; but will always be here. Similar to how people still get the plague. With antibiotics, it's not a death sentence any longer. Quite treatable.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

That misses the point. It's not about eliminating the virus, but making things in such a way that it does not overwhelm the health care system and ICU beds. To say the vaccines are not effecting this is not real. You would have at least DOUBLE the hospital admissions of vaccinated people if they were all unvaccinated. You don't see that higher number saved as you can only see absolute numbers rather than whether it's proportionate or not.

Of course, Omnicron is pushing people who have underlying medical issues over the edge who are vaxxed. But it's a bad disqualifier since you are not comparing it with how man otherwise healthy patients who are unvaxxed are there.

We're at the same or near the same levels of admissions at St. Vincent's MC as when the pandemic started. So, considering I'm actually here in the ER, it's pretty safe to say I'd know the difference dude.
