Afterwards she was like "i have to go, my bf will kill ,me if he knows im talking to someone". Should I make a move knowing that she hs a bf?

I wouldn't say so. It was quoted once, " 'hang out' is girl code for 'let's have sex' " By Tari from DYD Interviews.
Still, I would let her meet me at a location convenient for me. (You know like the mall or something, a place a go to anyways.)
I would say something like "Hey girl, if you want to hang out, I'll be at the mall (Or anywhere you go regularly) at 4:00 so meet me at the food court.
If she says no, or dosen't show, you shouldn't give a fack, because you where already doing something on your own. Maybe with your friends, I don't know. (Hint)
If she does show, gather her meaning of 'hang out'. If whe wants to have sex with you either do what you learned on this site, or tell her you don't like to play games with girls. You're not her type and you need honest women in your life.
Then again, she could be trying to hook you up with some of her female friends for all you and I know.
Invite her over at her expense since it was her idea, and get the info. No need to make things complicated guys. Relax Krassus. ^_^
