The gushing you speak of if is made up of low concentration urine that builds up in the bladder very quickly during intercourse due to stimulation of the urethra. It is pee. Many women feel the urge to gush or pee try to stop it from happening.... The liquid comes through the pee hole if you will and that hole does straight to the bladder only.
