Master Don Juan
Ok, just did a second gymsession today. Half hour backhand then shredded the chest to pieces. Two chest taps in one day is ok occasionally. Totally fvcked now.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Yeah dude I did the last half of my workout outside and it's fvcking awesome, people watching you as they walk/drive by hahaha. The only point I'll disagree with is that looking epic naked isn't the main reason (though it is a reason) we do this, it's to be as badass as fvcking possible! Forgive me - vanity and temptation were strong.TheStig said:Yeah dude I did the last half of my workout outside and it's fvcking awesome, people watching you as they walk/drive by hahaha. Lol the first incline was machine. I had nobody to spot me, so incline machine and light bench.
It's amazing that gym feeling looks like nothing when written down, but we all see each others pain and understand.
We earned every ounce of pain here and noone can take that from us.
Edit: good tune man- definitely adding that to my playlist.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
With the size and shape I am I wouldn't blame you!TheStig said:If I'd have walked in the gym and saw you struggling with 14 kg I'd have started laughing my ass off haha, but really though good work
Oh man haha if you could have seen my face when I was doing dropset curls yesterday, you'd think I was giving birth!Purefilth said:With the size and shape I am I wouldn't blame you! Exactly lol
Some guy did look at me funny but he could see I was on Dropsets. I think it may have been the face I was pulling that got the funny looks.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
What's up with the elbow m8?Purefilth said:3 sets 12 pullups BW

I hate walking out half done - but Ill be damned If I'm gonna waste more injury time.
Anti inflammitory and all will be well
Just a twinge, then a deep ache. It's fine now, just my body telling me to give it a rest.Lifeforce said:What's up with the elbow m8?
