I'm not naming names,they know who they are. I just received an PM from one who claims they are twice my size and twice as defined at 16 years old......If that were true they would be bodybuilding! Well, why can't you just go to sandwich shops a few times a day while you're at school? Go there and get big sandwiches, or (meat) salad boxes, or baked potatoes with toppings, etc?My problems with my diet lie within me mainly. Granted, I am saving money for a car, and I do have a few bills to pay, but I usually let my mom do the shopping. I just never set aside time to get my sh*t together.

Hm, well, from what I've heard, pills are ok, but you have to take a lot of pills to get the same amount of flax in 2 table spoons of flax oil. 8-9 of pills for each tbsp, so you'd need about 19 pills if you're wanting to take 2tbsps like a lot of people. The oil probably works out cheaperI just started flax oil too and bought the pills. Someone at my gym said the pills dont work Im not sure if thats true but I hate gym rumours like that and hope they do!
