If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

The lady at the gym who checked my bodyfat said the calipers read 7.5-8%(they have a 1-2% margin of error) but she thinks it's wrong. The calipers don't take into account height, which she thinks if it did I would be in the 6% but none-the-less I'm gonna stay on track.
I decided that I'm losing bodyfat too fast, even without cardio. To slow down how fast I'm losing bodyfat I started putting my tuna into 2 small corn tortillas for lunch at work.
Feel free to critique.
Yeah I will have to take a similar pic to really the compare the two. My pic was at too much on an angle.Espi said:You resemble the model...notice that his lats and shoulders are wider, though.![]()

5 8",139lbs @ 7.5%ish bodyfat.
you definitely need some more mass on your frame. Sure you got some abs... but those are only good for the beach in the summer time.
Yep,that's pretty much all they do. I don't even like my abs that much to be honest,I'm trying anything and everything to get them to be flat.
I bet you look just average in a t-shirt.
Yeah pretty much,I don't wear tight shirts or anything like that.
You have any t-shirt pics?
Yeah they are on my Facebook,it was linked on here awhile back.
Otherwise, everything is proportioned and you look great
Thanks.
I appreciate your time and input.
