"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Well fellas I finally lost my virginity.

However I feel like the girl knew that I really had no clue what I was doing with her lady parts.

She wasnt moaning or anything and could tell I was nervous as ****.

If I **** this girl again should I just be honest with her about my lack of experience or you guys think I should just not say anything about it?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

This is OJT. Everyone starts this way. Don't make a big deal of it. Study up. Just don't go all crazy with performance anxiety. Sex is one of our ultimate enjoyments.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Fake it until you make it. My 1st girlfriend had no idea I was a virgin and I was nervous as hell after getting her naked. Admit nothing and deny everything. I take my secrets to the grave.

I'd be honest, or maybe just say "I havn't done this in a while." That'll make her sure you don't have any STDs, or anything.

Why would you be honest with her? Makes no sense. Get your emotions out with your therapist, not the girl you are sleeping with.

She probably already knows 8 ways from Sunday that you have no idea what you were doing. No point in reminding her.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Funny the responses here. I was a virgin until I was 23, and would openly tell women I was "saving myself." The result? Just about every woman that showed me attention was giving me the strongest signals in the world that they wanted to be the one to break me, like it would be a badge of honor. Sooooo...

With that said, though: even if you weren't a virgin, the truth is that with the majority of women you hook up with, that first time is going to be just "okay." You haven't really learned each other's bodies yet enough to where you can do all the things you need to do to REALLY get her off. So, no need to go blabbing if you didn't tell her beforehand - just know that it will get better the more you do it. Hope this helps!

I lost mine late too, to be honest there is not as much to it as you think. If you lay the foundations with good flirting, teasing etc and get her properly warmed up then she'll think pretty much whatever you do is amazing.

Get out of your head
