"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Is it inevitable for relationships to become mostly arguments after a certain point?

I always hear about how relationships are all gravy in the beginning. I think it is that both parties are basically afraid to argue with eachother because they are still trying to, I don't know, win the other's heart.

I experienced this myself. When I hit the 6 month mark with my last girl, everything was fine. I remember she jokingly said when I commented that the 6 months had been great "yeah, and now the next 6 months will just be arguments. that's how it goes." Low and behold, we broke up less than a month after that. We got back together if you're wondering how I got 18 months out of her (if you've read any of my last posts).

Because, if you think about it, if you have been with someone for only a few weeks or a month or so and it's already nothing but arguments, you'll get out of the relationship. But if you have a lot of history that part of you that has fallen for the person thinks "our relationships means too much."

Is there a way to keep a relationship fresh and fun like in the beginning after a certain amount of time or are LTR bound to become argument after argument? And, yes, I realize arguments are healthy for relationships sometimes, but not all the time.

Or is the trick just not to have LTRs :p

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Dont buy it

Hey, dont buy that garbage.

There is no "inevitable" when two people are both flexible givers.

The problem is that the majority of people are takers, and when the infatuation wears down then they "become what they already are"....

and begin demanding their own way.

If you date only FLEXIBLE GIVERS, you WONT HAVE THIS PROBLEM

when two people love eachother strong enough, they give respect and will accept eachother's flaws and forigve, maybe you two just haven't reached that level of bond yet.

Damn, thats a good question. I dont really know honestly.

I can say from my last relationship that after 6 months, it turned ugly. We would argue quite often and over really little stupid crap. Thing is though that this girl was a mentally messed up person. I think in almost a year relationship, i started one
arguement. She was responsible for all the rest. Not one even had to come to an arguement imo.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Haha, can't curse. Yeah, I just post here from time to time...you know

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
