"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Is it how you dress that make a woman check you out?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

another sign, when a girl is talking on her cell phone and keeps smiling and making eye contact while shes talking.

people do judge you by looks, if your dressed in "hip hop" style clothing with your pants hanging down your ass and your looking at a brand new Mercedez Benz in the show room, the car sales man wont take you seriously and wont help you.

when Im dressed in nice clothes women do smile a lot more.

interesting post.

I think there is a problem with dressing too nice, you hav to have game and other stuff to back you up. why? cause you're already setting standards with how well you dress. last semester this techie at my college keep telling me im rich, and there were a few ppl in the school who kept accusing me of being a player... when im not.

Plus in my AFC days i dressed quite well, certain dates i went on, you could say i disappointed the standards they set cause of my clothes and my afcness.

Now i dress more low key, and dont try at all to improve my looks, girls seem to have less of a problem conversing with me, and less intimidated. and people dont seem to make as much abrupt assumptions of me as they used to.

remember, clothing often is the first impression "dont judge the book by the cover" - often people do before they even speak to you.

Go to Scotland and buy a Kilt then wear it when you go out. :D

A friend of mine who is scottish was out in LA with his scottish mates wearing their kilts. They got so much attention from women :D :D .

The women kept peering underneath thier kilts to check out thier under wear :D

the key is not to dress down in order to match you game but to bring your game up to match the image you are presenting. You have to make a Conscious choice to be better, and plus seeing is believing. When you are dressed to impressed and you look in the mirror you are more prone to act like whatever image you have.

Check this out, I know from personal experience...If you dress better than girls and have confident body language, girls will be to shook to even talk to you sometimes, and some of them might hate you cause you are so good...
This is true and i have posted on it before also. It boils down to if they feel 'worthy' of you or not. This is to say if they know you're a decent, confident, intelligent, goal-oriented dude. Girls that frequent the club scene will run from this type of guy. They do not feel comfortable with it.

I definitly get more looks and smile when I'm dressed up but girls never apporach me no matter what I'm wearing.

I have to say this is one of the more interesting threads I've seen here in a while.

Okay, so do people here have actual experience with being approached more by girls (or at least them being more receptive/less shy) when dressing down compared to their. uhh, nicer attire?

I'm not speaking from a huge amount of experience here but I do have some.
The way you dress changes the kind of women that are attracted to you humongously. For example, say I dress in a sweater that makes me look a bit young, I get young girls' attention. If I dress a bit more like a pimp, I get the golddiggers' and old wh0res' attention. If I dress a bit more mature, I get the more mature girls' attention.
Strangely, I've dressed as all three and these have been my experiences with each type of clothing. Certain types of women seem to be drawn to certain types of clothing. Personality does seem to have less to do with it, because I was acting pretty much the same on each occasion.

I remember I was in class last year, and there was this one girl who was cute...Most of the time I was in there, I wore a Kenneth Cole shirt, some bootcut jeans, black leather dress boots and a lambskin leather jacket...This girl would see me and not give me the time of day...Then I started getting lazy and it got cold, so I started wearing a white tee, blue jeans and Timbs, a military bomber jacket, my cousin;s dog tags and my chocker chain, and my camo hat...The same girl now suddenly starts talking to me and asking me all these questions...Then there was this other dude who looked like he came out of an Abercrombie catalog and she tells me she doesnt like guys who dress up too much cause its like they are showing off all the time and that everyone dresses that way...I got some more stories if you want...

Here's another one cause Im bored...

I was working at this job, and I was the best dressed dude in there...Then this new girl comes, shes tall, black, long legs, thick thighs, nice bubble and tits, cute face, dressed like she came out of an Express advertisement, she could easily be in a video...When I see her, she makes eye contact with me...Then I hear her talk all this sh1t about how she only likes dudes with money...So I know shes jocking cause she would sit next to me and look at me and try to start convo's, but I didnt want to bother with her cause shes a golddigger...

So one day, me and her are sitting alone and Im trying to ignore her and she starts the convo...Shes 25, lives with her parents...Then she starts asking me how much money I make, and I lie and tell her I work at a hotel, and shes asks if Im the manager and I tell her I just work the front desk...Then she starts talking about money and how dudes buy her sh1t and that she doesnt ask for anything but she will take it...Her Ex is a rich fashion desginer and this is like her first job cause her boyfriend got everything for her...After the convo, I ignore her even more and she got so mad she let a door slam in my face, lol...

What am I trying to say? Im not telling dudes not to approach, Im just telling you you gotta watch what you wear...When Im dressed like that, people think I got money, cause she wasnt the only one who asked about how much money I made...Thats why Im keeping it simple...Im only gonna dress up when needed, theres no use of dressing up when you dont have to...

When I hit the clubs I go with a solid color button down, nice pair of jeans, and matching dress shoes and belt, and I am generally one of the best dressed in the club. Even hot girls are *very* intimidated by a good looking, well dressed male. Their downfall is when they "sneek a peek" because thats their move. Thats when its time to be a MAN a make your move. I generally hold eye contact until they turn away, when they look back (they always do) I either motion them to come to me, or I walk over to them. Upon meeting them their is no need say anything to them, I just take them out to the dance floor. They know what to do.

By the way, one last thought. If you want to get approached don't dress like I do. I only get approached MAYBE once a night, and its usually some fat druck girl that has nothing to lose. If you are doing the approaches, first impressions are EVERYTHING so don't have a sloppy one.
