True. Light jog + weight lifting + rope skipping + calisthenics(light) were my go to since my work forces me to be seated 8-10 hours per day.
You'd probably find walking to be better. Jogging has a negative effect on cortisol/anabolic hormones, walking does not.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You'd probably find walking to be better. Jogging has a negative effect on cortisol/anabolic hormones, walking does not.
True, read so. Walking burns more fat, than running does because body hates burning fat but not carbs.

Alternatively, do HIIT sprints at 100% effort, ideally with a mile or two walk as a warmup. I don't think jogging has a place personally, sprints+walks are way better in every way.

To a point. It's very easy to put your body in a place where it's hard to recover properly if you try and do this too often tho.

I would only do sprints of that intensity like once a week or twice a week at most. But you can go on long walks almost every day.

My list:
1.No PUFA.
2. Healthy sugar + salt.
3. Eggs + lots of dairy
4. Exercising
5. Fruit juices!
My mother side is messed up in a lot of things: Acidity, bone issues, diabetes and what not.
Lately I have changed my diet so much. I feel more alive, more energetic, and no lethargy. Also, I sleep 8-10 hours.
Fruit juice is essentially sugar water.

Sorta confused about polyunsaturated fats

i heard some say all fat is basically equal

i like the idea of eating mostly pescatarian (fish and seafood) diet with eggs added and some low carb veggies, and nuts

Really? Surprised you guys don’t recommend jogging

the running groups have some of the hottest women. I’ve never been much of a runner but may join running groups because some of the women in them have stellar bodies

not necessarily to try picking them up but because they’re doing something right if they have great bodies, physic

when I go to the gym I’m not as into women with big muscle builds lol I like women petite and skinny

Honestly whatever works for you. My diet is light and more towards boiled eggs, pasta, meat, fruit juices, salt and honey. I feel energetic, the bloating doesn't happen and no inflammation either. Still learning.

It is so frustrating. I could lose weight so easily in my 20's and early 30's. Now that I am 40 it is so difficult to even lose 5 lbs. No matter how much I exercise I can not do it. I have to eat perfectly now and do high intensity cardio to even lose 5lbs. I hate it.
Quit doing the 12 ounce curls. :rolleyes:

The biggest problem is most people claim they are "eating healthy foods" but when they actually break down what they are eating on a daily basis, too often it's still is not very good.

If 90% of what you are eating aren't one ingredient foods, then you have no basis for claiming what you are eating is "healthy" and you are only fooling yourself as to wondering why you can't lose weight.

Bro you are right. I hardly eat 1 ingredient food. I need to address this. The food I eat is often processed like crazy.
