"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I can see both your points Lefty and Norway. I feel the urge to say, who cares, what works works. You're both agreeing as well anywho. You're both talking about the zone, where thoughought is below conscious awareness and reacations are based on instinctual comprehension of the situation, while learning occurs at the same subconscious level and is ingrained into the persons base intelligence, yes?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I can see some familiarity with what you are saying the idea of "flow".

This is why I currently should be feeling inferior:

I sit here on the eve of the ultimate day of the most wasteful week of my life. For this week I had big plans academically, I was going to get back on track thus giving me room to concentrate on other areas of my life. This is the biggest set back I have suffered since the beginning of my growth. I had the week off on Half-term and here's my diary.

Saturday- Went to a friends party and there was one girl who I had interest in, unfortunately this was not reciprocated. Got high.

Sunday- Cloudy brain from the previous night. Spanked the monkey. Watched a couple of Denzel movies, I shall work tomorrow!

Monday- Woken up by a phone call offering work. I like money so I took it. Went home and watched a movie. Spanked the monkey.

Tuesday- Got high. Spanked the monkey.

Wednesday- Got high. Spanked the monkey.

Thursday- Got high. Spanked the monkey twice.

Friday- Cooked some MJ got high.

Saturday- Bonfire night. Got high, went to neighbors bonfire party baked. Spanked the monkey.

Sunday- Spanked the monkey. Wrote on So Suave.

This has been a **** up on massive propoortions, I have done no work. The pain I shall suffer is deserved.

On the plus side I have a major reinvention in the pipeline so I shall write a post on the six pillars of self-esteem.

I find that when i'm most dedicated, when I am at my highest mental state of wanting to achieve success, nothing else matters. I don't think about girls, I don't think about partying, and I don't think about writing stuff on forums. I am in the zone, and am driven. Nothing else matters when I'm there, nothing.
It seems that your 2 problems are: you spank the monkey too much, and you get high too much.

Seriously dude, lay off the drugs. Once a week tops, and only in social environments.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

First of all Lefty, you're ignoring progression in an open skill via comfort ad oppose to knowledge. State isn't a skill per se so it doesn't have to be learnt like one. By focusing instead on not thinking, you can improve drastically. Overthinking is the most common problem of.the masses, as well as thing which distinguishes players from pussies and AFCs most often.

Simply judging by the way you write I can tell you are nerdy and over-analyze situations...gotta quit that. Be the man you would f*** if you were a hot girl.

Care less about people's opinions of you...have fun without trying to get the girl or get laid (trust me this one is difficult)...and start going to the gym and compete against yourself, not anybody else.

I agree with what DanZy said on this one. While blunt, I feel like you're the type that would argue my points if I said anything more so: stop being a p****.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Same thing in sports: when I feel that there are other guys more skillful than I am, I tend to play a lot worse. I feel intimidated. How do we apply DJ skills to this?
It's simple, really. Do not focus on others. Focus on yourself. You are to grow yourself and love others if you truly wish to be a "Don Juan". Stand for what you believe, and don't stop until you get where you want.

To any DJs suffering from absence of money for a gym (normally the younger DJs), do a lot of pushups. Ab work doesn't really do much. If you want to work them abs, do lots of pushups and flex your abs while you do them. My advice is to do wide pushups and diamonds. Knuckles are good, too. This builds strength and endurance. Switch up the routine every so often, though, meaning "Do different ****".
Don't stop, either. You have to keep going until muscle failure if you're not using weights.
Well, you don't really HAVE to, but it certainly works and feels great.

Good luck!

Google for "Legendary Abs Program", it works great, been doing it for 25 years now. I can take any man's bare knuckle punch to my navel. Some can knock me down, but i won't be hurt. Most can't even make me grunt.

No. There may be a sun in the sky, but that doesn't mean the sky is the sun.
Sweet zen koan. I agree with you.

Gripped, don't be so down on yourself. Regroup and go again! Make a list of three things to accomplish per day and they will get done.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

no, but I've hit people who THOUGHT that they were going to hit me. i've been teaching taekwando for almost 40 years now. I don't have to let anyone touch me, and I don't.

Mate if you're so "hardcore" and are at least 40 years old, why do you keep commenting on the high school forum? Especially with random crap like mercenary jobs, hiring Filipino women and essentially manipulating them into work so you get paid etc. Coupled with your general guns and violence obsession, it all seems very, very fake and forced

This struck me.

I have been called many things; ugly, handsome, intelligent, stupid, charismatic, boring, a ladies man, a loser, an *******, too nice, sporty, uncoordinated, funny, unamusing, charming, rude open minded, closed minded, confident, shy and more. However in my 17 year history on this planet I have been called neither nerdy nor cool. I guess that means there's only one place left to go.

I think you hit a bulls-eye there Lefty.

Unfortunately I will have to disagree with most of you, as I feel this matter is being over simplified. Just saying man the **** up does not help; in fact if I were to take it on a personal level it could be damaging. I have shamefully not been working on myself but instead contemplating life and if there is one thing I have learned in the recent weeks it is this:

The self-image is key and principally causes these experiences of "inferiority". Alex posted a short time ago that our concept of what others believe to be true about oneself is in fact the self-image. I came across countless parties supporting this whilst researching self-esteem. So my decidedly unoriginal opinion is that we believe others see us as weak and inferior so we behave weak and inferior which only results in them treating us as if it were true thereby reinforcing our affirmations of low self-respect. Inferiority is a self-perpetuating monster. Where my opinion differs from most of you is that this cycle is not easy to break. If you yourself have broken it than it seems ridiculous to intimidated by the mere presence of an "alpha" (although these so-called alphas I am talking about are 95% distinctly lacking in dominant traits, they are nonetheless superior on the social ladder) as that is the very nature of self-worth.

It's not easy. Now that we've realized this, what do we do? That you can choose your response to your situation is what makes you human. What makes you better is what you choose that response to be. Take charge, organize yourself, and propel forward.

Dude you're going to look back in a year's time and think to yourself "Wow, I really was a pvssy back then". You can analyse this as much as you like but in the end, everything comes down to you taking action. There's zero need to analyse this as much as you have, it won't help. You've recognised and admitted the problem, now get down to some hard graft and overcome it. It's not easy, it won't be quick but you'll be damn better for it.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
