Am i her top plate pretty much
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
U trolln brahPairPlusRoyalFlush said:Well, it depends. You could still be the safe, dependable guy while she chases after the bad boy that will only give her Wednesday night lol.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Well, you were the one who asked if you were the top plate.Ringleader41 said:Lol not all girls are just total slut bags. Im not saying your wrong but you shouldnt have such a negative perception. Theres much more to wats between us. I understand though, if I felt like I was being played I would know. I am kind of skeptical though
Ya hes trying to make me feel like shvt lol. Yall are too negativezekko said:Well, you were the one who asked if you were the top plate.
PairPlusRoyalFlush just gave a possible alternate scenario, he didn't say that was definitely what was going on.
I second this. If you think girls with that mentality are "total slut bags" you're in for a rough ride, because most do. That's just the way it isPairPlusRoyalFlush said:Says the guy with red k  No, its from experience. She likes you better than she likes girls night out, thats all you know for sure. I know ive been in a situation where I was Friday, Saturday, vacations, whatever, but there was this Cop that worked nightshift that she was banging on the side and to be honest the unatainable guy that gets sex for free with no bs is the top plate, period. If the girl is spinning plates at all(i.e. banging or making out with multiple guys) you're never in good shape.
Female game, hook line and sinker. Enjoy it while it lastsRingleader41 said:Shes one of those girls that take it slow. She told me she wants to get to know me more.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
what do u mean byt this? is th OP getting played then?casaanova said:I second this. If you think girls with that mentality are "total slut bags" you're in for a rough ride, because most do. That's just the way it is

Nah I wouldn't say he's getting "played", since all fb relationships inevitably end anyway, but if she's saying she wants to take it slow, she's campaigning for a relationship and if that doesn't happen she's gonna cut it off sooner than normal - it won't last as long as it would if they were on the same pagelamobatsman said:what do u mean byt this? is th OP getting played then?
and i love the comment just cos shes not a slut to you doesnt mean shes not a slut to everyone else
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
I hope your major has nothing to do with English, math or science. You type and think like a chimpanzee. She's spinning plates, you're chasing her, end of story. Now go troll elsewhere.Ringleader41 said:I dont type well on an iphone, and english is not my major phvcker.

Not liking this part. IME, that always translated to low interest, seeking other options, keeping you as a back-up / doormat, etc. Pay close attention to her interest in you. If she acts too friendly, says she's not ready, confused / unsure, not looking for a relationship, LJBF, etc, and doesn't act sexual or show romantic interest - get out. Watch her actions throughout all of this. Especially how she reacts to kissing, dating, close physical contact, etc. And if she's eager to see you, thinking about you, contacting you, etc.Ringleader41 said:Shes one of those girls that take it slow. Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
