1-10, 10 being real, 5 being a stroker, and 1 being my hand... I would say an 9/10. It doesn't moan, doesn't get wet by itself, no facial expressions, and you have to move it. All of the female parts feel slightly less like the real thing. Except the hands and fingers... scary similar...
