"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm at a bar right now and I can't approach anybody. I feel like I have nothing to say.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

No with a friend. I'm diagnosed bipolar and take lithium so I don't know if side effects might be causing my problens. Like maybe it is dulling my personality a bit. I drank quite a bit on top of everything. When I wasn't talking to people, it frustrated me so I went out to my car and I banged my head with my fists cause I really wanna talk to people but I feel so dull and blocked.

What are your interests? What do you enjoy talking about?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Just get the target to talk about themselves. Bring up something that would get their mouth running. They got a tattoo? Ask the story. They here alone? ask the story. They tell you their night was hard, ask the story.

Pick things from the stories they tell you and keep it going.

Get off that anti-depressant crap. You need to eat right and balance yourself naturally.

The whole "chemical balance" thing was made up by people who sell (wait for it) chemicals.

I enjoy asking people about themselves. I like sports, music, movies, health and fitness but lately I haven't been interested in much of anything because I've been so miserable living in my parent's house. I seem to complimenting girls more than getting the story. Does that sound like autism?

I'm worried about having autism. I don't wanna be autistic. Maybe I should see an expert to tell me either way. I can't stop thinking about the possibility of being aspergers.

It's hard to be confident bringing a girl home when your home ain't your own.

If I recall correctly complimenting girls is a bad idea since everyone does that? Make your compliments a rare delicacy for them.

I don't know what you want me to do...

um...

-waves a holy pendant-

begone autism! begone!

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I'm not totally sure I have it. I've just become really awkward. Do I seem like I have it based on what I'm saying? Like I have people right now in front of me having fun and playing games and I can only post on this forum. I notice myself just smiling when I can't hear people. The bar is loud.

I don't mean loud as in it's bothering me. I can't hear people or project my voice
