"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

i suppose, but then he would have to be an idiot to lay a hand on me. First for the following lawsuit, and 2nd for the claim i had to shove the bar up his ass for self defense.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I know what you mean, but when it comes to cops, I wouldn't hesitate to sue them; generally speaking, I abhor them...

Actually, cops are the ones who talk tough and hide behind gun, but I wouldn't mind seeing how tough a cop is without his gun.
i agree, maybe the cops in canada are nicer, but the pigs down here are idiots, and i wish civilians had just a day to get back at them.

Peeves:

1. the jackasses who are there to socialize loudly and have a 6-man rotation going on the bench, followed by curls in the squat rack

2. chick music

3. guys who walk around giving unsolicited spots and form advice, especially when their style is lift as fast as possible

4. fat hairy dudes wearing beat-up, ill-fitting tank tops who leave their b.o. and back pubes on every piece of equipment they use

5. mr. isolation and his sidekick mr. volume - who have to do 10 sets of 20 reps for each head of each muscle group

Lifting as fast as possible is a great way to lift. Who cares what other people are doing/wearing if they aren't affecting you? Especially when a lot of the complaints in this thread are unfounded, wanna-be macho BS.

And cops are like any other profession, there are good people and bad people doing it.

Haha, and you know this how?

Why would a "DJ" say this? Wouldn't he have other things to worry about? Or is he busy holding-grudges and saying stupid things to people much bigger than himself?

Let me think on this for a second

Sounds like short man syndrome to me.

I lift more cause my diyck is bigger??

LMAO......Most people would have laughed straight on your face...after bending down, that is.

OK Napolean.....

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

There is no anger. I just originally said that most people would laugh at you for saying that.

You counter by calling me a "beeaitch" or however you spelled it.

I'm not angry.

And I don't really want to deal with this anymore, other than to say, you are the only calling 'beeeaitches" and you do it again in your latest post.

Internet tough guys are funny.....

Back to actual discourse, please.

Haha

Okay, pissing contest is over guys.

Another pet peeve of mine...

- Gyms that look like a women's day spa.

I just moved and went to visit several gyms in my new area before settling on one, and I suppose the main market around here are ladies, because most gyms in the area take on the appearance of a night lounge, with some lifting equipment in the middle. Come ON! What exactly are you there for?? To have a martini and do some curls?

-Guys not training legs. "They get enough work from soccer/running".
-Guys not training their back "I don't see it in the mirror why bother".
-Guys performing a barbell curl like a power clean.
-Guys using a belt on all exercises, on every set.
-Guy who is clearly injured but insists on training through the pain.
-Guys who are jealous when you hit a PR. Just ask for help.
-Guys "taking revenge" from the fact your are stronger/bigger by spotting badly.
-Guy selling steroids at a trainee with only 1 month experience.
-Guy smoking a cigarette at the bar between 2 sets.
-Guy checking the mirror after every set.
-Guy sneaking at you while you're doing your set. "Just come & ask your question".
-Gay music at the gym.
-Gym owners who know nothing barbell training and don't care about what you need to grow stronger/bigger. As long as you pay & shut your mouth.
-Gym owner selling supps "to become bigger than Arnold in less than 2 week" to new clients.
-Gym owners who are only in for the money.
-Gym owners who don't want you to deadlift, floor press,... "Just use the machines like everybody else".
-Gym with bad opening hours.
-Gyms with only smith machines for squats/bench
-Gyms with 10kg/22lbs barbells vs. official olympic barbells.
-Gyms with barbells who have no knurling.
-Gyms with dumbbels with plastic handles.
-Gyms with dumbbels up to 50lbs.
-Girls who think you're trying to seduce them when you just want to avoid them getting injured when their form suck.

I'm glad I have a home gym.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Backing off periodically is good. Body & mind get some rest. Good for strength & motivation.
