Whats The Fastest Most Convinient Way Of Getting Rid Of Fcuking oneitis?! Fcukin Hate This ****!!!!!!!!
She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Your username suits you. Go away.reallyfreakinlost said:Oneitus is my middle name, and i'm PROUD of it. what... what are you gonna do about it? I think oneitus is a good thing, I know I'm alone in this but I'm the only person with the ballz to deal with heartbreak, it seems you wusses dont' even want to leave the shallow end of the pool.
Like I said earlier, sex is only 25% of what girls have to offer.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
thanks man...but the thing is, this breezy has been fully accepted into my social circle and is now kicking it with them. I really hate to leave this group because they're like family to me. Plus, she's dating one of them. As for contacting her just to talk or hang out, I havent done so in 8 months. Yea...this would be alot easier if she werent around my group. =/Desdinova said:By never contacting her, pursuing other women, and letting time separate the emotion from the memory.

Squirrels have small penises.
Squirrels always run away when they get scared.
Squirrels like nuts in their mouth.
.......and when you come back, be sure your old oneitis sees your newer, hotter GF....Just disappear from your group for awhile if you have to - your friends will still be there a month later.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

yea, i did the dissapering act for a little over a month and have been kicking it with them seldomly since then. I also try to make sure she and my friend shes currently dating arent around as much as possible. But when I do plan to hang out with them when the 2 are around, I make sure to gather courage and read some of the 'self assurance' stuff on this site...yea, still cant help but feel the slight sting when I see her and especially when she's with my friend...ONEITIS SUCKS!!!flexion_ said:Just disappear from your group for awhile if you have to - your friends will still be there a month later.

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
