“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

i discourage dips because of all the pressure it puts on the shoulder joints. your making it much worse when you start adding weight. take it from someone who use to strap a 25 lb barbell while doing them.

try close grip benches instead.

good for mike.

dips are one of the five most certain exercises to do if you wana injure yourself. and no, squats or deadlifts arent on that lift..because with proper form you really dont injure yourself. but with dips its a different story. way too much pressure is put on the shoulders..i forget the exact anatomy.

what im saying is do dips with caution, and dont overdo them. also do the same with upright rows.

When I do dips, (which is rare) I use 2 benchs. One to put my feet up on, the other my hands. That way, my full body weight isn't on my shoulders.

I agree. Dips are not good for your shoulders. I have rotator cuff problems.

Try Kick backs for tri's...
