Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Bill starr is a solid program. Big & quick strength/mass gains.Incubus said:So I just got back from the Y and it's weird. Everytime I work out, after I'm done I feel great and I'm like I could never give this up. But then sometimes at nights I think about sh*t like what I typed last night. Maybe it's laziness that hits me when I think of getting up and going to work out lol. But then I realize how great it feels to be in shape and to be stronger than your average joe.
Oh and I do full body workouts now. I lift 3 times a week and run twice.....I'm doing Bill Starr's 5x5 (found it on the bodybuilding.com forum if any of you are familiar) which is basically a strength program that focuses on the big core lifts, squats, deadlift, bench, and rows.

I have spent months merely going through the motions in the gym, feeling tired and depressed, not seeing any gains whatsoever. But I feel I've worked out long enough to know that it's worth the time and effort.
You did? How did you like it? How old were you when you did it? From what I've seen it's pretty political. One thing I did notice though while I was at my buddies contest(placed 2nd) is that EVERY chick there was hot or at least in shape.stronglifts said:I did bodybuilding during my first years.
I never competed lol. What I mean is that I lifted weight for bodybuilding purposes: didn't care about the weight I lifted, only cared about being ripped & getting the muscles pumped.blinkwatt said:You did? That's quite a bold statement. Any pics?backbreaker said:I'm in better shape than probably 98% of the population
Ok, I don't mean to start anything, but I've just been thinking a lot lately. First of all, I work out all the time....still. In high school I made all conference in baseball and football, and outlifted most of the linemen as a linebacker/safety. So I've kept working out this last year and this summer. But lately I've been wondering what's the point. Before I had a motivation to get stronger and faster so I could be a better athlete. Well, I don't play sports anymore, as I'm a full time student at wisconsin. Also, competing against my teammates to see who could lift more was awesome, but now I have no teammates.
Lately when I work out I still love the feeling, but at the end of the day I'm not sure why I do it anymore. So I can bench 280 pounds....so what? It seems to me like it doesn't matter anymore. lol not to mention squats...why bother anymore? Not only that but it's a hassle sometimes....I don't work as much as I could to make time to work out, and I go to bed early in the summertime (well, earlyish, 12-1am) to get up at 9 and go workout. Not to mention that I could be making more money in that time, or pursuing my other passion, music.
I'm not saying I'd be a total bum, as I'd still eat healthy and stay active with recreational sports...but even then do girls really care about a guy being ripped as opposed to just toned?
By the way, I've never worked out to get girls, I've always done it for me. Sorry if this is pointless, I just feel kinda down right now and trying to see if I'm doing the right decisions with my life and I guess I needed to get this out.
if you don't lift weights, how will you be strong enough to actually move your **** with your own hand; great reason to working out. Heck, if you don't lift BRO, you won't have the strength to get your pants off. JUST NOTICED THAT THE WORD D I C K WAS CENSORED; that could be offensive, there's people whom d i c k is their name. NOT PC, PC POLICE, NO NO NO!!!!!jacking off in front of a mirror is more enjoyable
Never lift, that's the quickest way to shift gears, not sure if it's good for the engine or transmission but hey, you're either first or last.I lift for looks. That being said, lifting I think develops more than just muscles. It builds discipline and devotion. And its been said that excercise makes you feel better. I wholeheartedly agree with that.
Genetics play a VERY big role in the effectiveness or even the overall ability to endure a session. your bone structure, vascular system, hormones, and other factors, can play a role in it. I used to workout 3-5 days a week and eat pretty damn near perfect and in 3 months i was only able to max out 15 more pounds and hardly gained any muscle. I burn calories so fast that my body barely has the ability to sustain a healthy weight under perfect circumstances. I've given up with it. If the hard work i put in actually had any real effect on my health then i could see working out modestly. Short and not very good looking for starters and to not being able to really gain good weight, it's hopeless. Working is only worth it per individual; if a guy works out and succeeds with it, then good on them, it's not for me. Maybe I have a health condition I don't know of and hopefully will have cancer some day.I go to the gym regularly. Both for fitness and for vanity. I also do mixed martial arts to stay in shape and that helps with confidence knowing I could kick the average person's ass if I was in a bar fight. I think part of being a DJ is not only being able to get girls, but also being able to dominate other men. So a DJ should know how to handle himself in a physical conflict if the situation comes up. Women like guys that make them feel protected.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
