Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I mean all of these things exist in terms of people's personalities, but trying to be something you are not just makes you a phony and will make you incongruent with women.Too much thinking will in a weird twist of fate not make you an alpha.
Great point.yes the theory is valid. but the cause of the difference is a mystery for many as is the scope and reach. a man across the world that is alpha doesn't stop you from being alpha in your pond. ask ten men what makes an alpha and will get 10 different answers.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Hahaha originalAlpha Fux/Beta Bucks is real.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
-Such behavior is more annoying than being forced, at gunpoint, to listen to Bridget Jones's Diary on audiobook, read by Michele WolfWhy do girls suddenly show a disinterest in you when you message them too much?
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
I kinda went off topic there. However..any man can (and will) transition between being alha and beta . We are animals at heart, and thus we are 1000000 % aware of our position in the social hierarchy. Being beta is "fine " for now but will change in a heartbeat if let's say war or any kind of natural disaster takes over. To give credit to the betas: if tune get tough you'll probably see a lot of man change in real fast like domestic pigs can go to feral hogs in a few weeks.I believe it's absolutely true.
I only have trouble with the sigma handle. Other than that, most men are beta because beta is what keeps the world go round and round. Too many alpha are literally like an army of soldiers/ one man armies that will fight for the throne.
This generation is beta'fied so much that they/we won't be willing to give our life for the greater cause. We all want to maintain our cushion job and lifestyle even knowing that on the opposite side of the world, or even the city people are starving.
Yeah, if a fella chooses to be a SNAGI believe it's absolutely true
