"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

How many of you actually believe in the alpha bete sigma etc theory.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

yes the theory is valid. but the cause of the difference is a mystery for many as is the scope and reach. a man across the world that is alpha doesn't stop you from being alpha in your pond. ask ten men what makes an alpha and will get 10 different answers.

Great point.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

There's truth to it but we shouldn't really be too concerned about this stuff........

Instead of worrying about beta or alpha just try to be the best person you can be. Set personal goals and reach for them....this is a better thing to do than worrying about where you fit on "pecking order".

There's some truth to it but it's not as black and white as the RP community tries to make it seem

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"Alpha"-like "Red Pill-was fine, when it/they were just a little harmless slang. Today though, we're essentially having religious battles over the "true" definitions of these terms, the likes of which are almost as absurd as the clash between Sunni and Shia, Catholic and Protestant

Hell, the fracturing of The Manosphere actually mirrors what took place within Feminism, around the same time:
5:00-6:14 In a similar fashion, the definition of "Alpha" today no longer means: "Being self-assured, unabashed about your heterosexuality, and wielding an immense amount of influence".

Whereas Feminists have to regularly swear their fealty to Intersectionality/denounce The White CIS Racist Homophobic Capitalistic Patriarchal Power structure that's allegedly oppressed them since birth, today's self-described Alpha Males are required to publicly announce their Red Pill status every 5 minutes/mindlessly spout off buzzwords like Gynocentrism, Feminine Primary Social Order, Hypergamy, WITHOUT ever asking: "What the hell does any of that claptrap even mean?"

There is also something else like the theory of control or the power theory.

For example: Why do girls suddenly show a disinterest in you when you message them too much? Why does a girl cheat on you and when you leave her cry about it and want you back? Why does a girl **** test you? Why does sex die after marriage

They want to see if you are in control or if they can control you.
As long as you are a high SMV male all your relationships will be successful if you are incontrol.
But remember, once you lose control the relationship is over.

It's just finding ways to be connected, intimate with her, have a good life, but not giving the power/control to her. (This is what people say when you don't give her room for "disrespecting" you.)

-Such behavior is more annoying than being forced, at gunpoint, to listen to Bridget Jones's Diary on audiobook, read by Michele Wolf

-It's indicative of someone who has too much time on their hands, and has nothing of substance in their lives

Most PEOPLE find such traits unappealing

I believe it's absolutely true.

I only have trouble with the sigma handle. Other than that, most men are beta because beta is what keeps the world go round and round. Too many alpha are literally like an army of soldiers/ one man armies that will fight for the throne.

This generation is beta'fied so much that they/we won't be willing to give our life for the greater cause. We all want to maintain our cushion job and lifestyle even knowing that on the opposite side of the world, or even the city people are starving.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I kinda went off topic there. However..any man can (and will) transition between being alha and beta . We are animals at heart, and thus we are 1000000 % aware of our position in the social hierarchy. Being beta is "fine " for now but will change in a heartbeat if let's say war or any kind of natural disaster takes over. To give credit to the betas: if tune get tough you'll probably see a lot of man change in real fast like domestic pigs can go to feral hogs in a few weeks.

Being beta is the safe route, but simultaneously it's the death of any civilization because eventually some kind of Alpha will emerge and take over by force
