The misguided assumption here is that women are worthy and capable of having “agreements” with. Women are not men. They do not look at “honor” the same way we do. So I’m not sure why the question is even about making some pact with a wife about banging an escort. Is this about permission?

You'd either need to screen for a girl who supports open relationships, polyamory, sex work, etc.

Or you'd need to be so far above her in value like a male 9/10 dating a female 6/10 that you can get her to agree to almost anything.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
