"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

2014 is fast approaching and I want you guys to tell me what is the bare minimum you want to get out of the year. I regularly write myself lists of things I want now, in the future etc and review.
I aim to bring this thread back up in a year's time, so people you'll be accountable!

So here's my 2014 to-do list so far:

1. Take up a martial art. Akidio.
2. Consistent gym sessions. Pack on the muscle.
3. Look into Salsa, find a potential partner.
4. Make/Save enough money to go to Ibiza and/or Tomorrowland
5. Dress better. Buy more shirts/shoes and implement
6. Complete my second year of University with a 1st.
7. Take up Wall Climbing
8. Setup more sound gigs at university
9. Start DJing at least once a week
10. Make more friends/be more social/get more hobbies in my life.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

1. Get ripped
2. Make a ton of money
3. Get to the point in which I'm not thinking about women but they are thinking about me.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

- Get a job to save up to go travelling in 2015
- Get a brand new rotation of 3-4 girls and have ONS in between

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

BEAST MODE [ON]
Keep on keeping on.

I don't see why anyone should wait for the new year to start something new. It's just a way to put off doing something you could have Stillrted months ago.

Still, better to have a plan than to plan nothing I suppose.

1) Get back to being happy by myself
2) Keep going to the gym
3) Keep rock climbing with my friend
4) More salsa lessons
5) Not rely on anyone for my happiness
6) Maybe start to save for a 3rd house
7) Do what ever the hell I want to do
8) No more standing on the side lines!

Side note it's cool to see others getting into Salsa, when I was at a club the other day the dance floor was ALL latin girls, about 30 of them and 1 guy. All the guys were standing there watching so in I went. I don't care if I am not good I am out there having fun while others stand on the side lines.

1) skydiving certificate
2) network outside of my company
3) stop depending socially on AFC friends to forget the AFC part of me
4) take up kickboxing and swim more

I think women shouldn't be on these lists if it's true what they say here that women are not the goal and they will come to you once you develop to your full potential

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
