"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I'm going through a difficult time, I'm unmotivated, I have a tiring working life but I like it, I haven't had sex for a while, I go to the beach and dinner with friends during the week but I feel that there is something wrong with me, any advice ??

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

You just said you like your work so you are already better off than most guys I know. Are you hitting the gym? Are you meditating?

How about you stop being a little b1tch? Not attacking you, just giving you some tough love, bro.

Try therapy. No shame in getting professional help.

I can't go to the gym because I wake up at 5 and come back at 7 in the evening and I'm too tired, if you read my last post from some time ago I'll explain what I'm going through in this period, unfortunately it's like this, I can't cheer myself up, i am too thoughtful, sad, i will try to start meditation again

Sounds like you are suffering from burnout from repeated stressors and not enough down time to be able to unwind and relax. I'm guessing you don't sleep enough either.

Even though you like your job, it might not be the right fit for you. Dont live to work, work to live.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Yes, perhaps work is wearing me down, I work in the principality of Monaco and it allows me to earn double what you would earn in my city, but it is 30 km from my home, plus it is physically tiring work, perhaps this is it

I know but I get a great salary, and I really need to make a lot of money right now

I know it's different in Europe but it's nothing to drive 60-80 km in the US between work and home. I'd say 30km is probably better than 65 percent of ppl do here

Yes, but in fact I'm not complaining, but obviously these are tiring days, and my discomfort could come from tiredness

Well if you are still in Italy at least you can go out and randomly grope hotties...as long as it's under 10 seconds it's not a crime apparently there hahaha

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
