Are you doing barbell squats with a training belt?
No haha would that carve out the lines from the belt? I do them without a belt (and sometimes without pants at all since i lift in my home gym a lot lol)

Try it. Heavy. The belt activates the core more when training squats and deadlifts. Trust me.

173 lbs 5'8" around 11-12%. Very close to a full 6-pack, abs visible thru Dry-Fit compression shirts when I wear them. They look like thick slabs of ribs.
Thickly muscled with big lats and wide shoulders. About the only muscle group that lags on me is biceps, everything else grows pretty well. Veins going crazy including in weird places like my abs and chest.
My chiropractor calls me a Brahma Bull because of how thick my traps are and he has a hard time doing neck adjustments because of them
Not really...I rock a shaved head now so I kinda look like a drill sergeant.
It's always been a little weird for me...some average chicks think I'm meh and some hot chicks think I'm hot...one of those types where I have a pretty wide scale depending on who the woman is.
