Hmmm. I see your point but she did instant message me today around 12pm saying "Good Afternoon!" Im thinking she's just too scared to call me up.

I see what you're saying, but getting in the position of having to wait for their calls is usually not good, cause it leaves you nowhere to grab from. Next time just say something like "no, I'll call you when I'm done bla" or something.

Use this opportunity to call up some other girl.

I did/do this all the time, i usually schedule 2 dates, one that I know will go through and one that i really wanted to go on.

No, if she was that specific, something must have come up. Don't get worried about it, but assume the best, make sure that you have something important to do adn then either catch up with her later or move on to the next chick.
