where can i go to find foods that match my specific needs
righ now i need foods with 28 grams of protein 52 grams of carbs and 8grams of fat not sure if theres a website that could help me

come on guys help me out this is the only thing that has held me bak frum werking out and getting those abs or so do i just have to go to the supermarket and look fer those specific numbers? can you at least tell me wwhats in that range

You don't need one food item which has that analogy of protein-carbs-fats. (I doubt there is one anyway..)

You can have 50g of carbs from a carb source, 28g of protein from a protein source, and 8g of fat from a fat source..

(not gonna ask where you got the numbers from)

Okay, but you'll have to wait 'til tomorrow for more details.

Protein - take in 1.5/2g per lb bodyweight (whatever your goals are)
Carbohydrates - dependent on your daily activity
Fats - keep them constant

I'd say put down a base of fats and protein and manipulate calories with reducing carbs; couple this with a.m. low/moderate intensity cardio and you should be set up for the sixpack.

Don't go low calorie or anything. Just eat well but clean, watch your carbs and do your cardio.

That article in the link is one of the most over-complicated pieces of garbage I've ever read. The guy who wrote it should be slapped.
