"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Picture this:

You meet a 26 year old girl/woman. You build some form of a relationship. Intimate, sexual, romantic. A bit of everything. You are not exclusive because it's too early. For now you simply enjoy spending time together and having fun. Especially having fun, passionately...

But you know what? She has already tried most of the things a woman can try being in a relationship. And you can't really surprise her that much. There is nothing that exciting left to try. Perhaps she was in a 4 year relationship. And tried it all - sexual stuff, romantic stuff. Every experience is connected with a memory to her ex. Or someone else.

Sure, you are a different man with your own way of doing things. But however effective your seduction is, the depth of it, along with the connection, may not have the capacity to be that profound. You can't leave the same traces, as if you are the first one doing these things with her.

If this actually makes sense, and is somewhat true, are we all doomed?

You can always be far far better in the bedroom than anyone she has ever had before.

That's your choice whether you put in the work physically, at the gym and in learning techniques to make that happen.

It's the biggest differentiator you have between yourself and other men and something most women have poor experiences with.

That might be so.

But let's say it's not all about being better in the bedroom. If you want to build a lasting relationship with a woman, there has to be more than that, right?

Even the bed stuff, in my opinion, has a lot to do with your connection with her. If it's shallow, mostly based on pure physical attraction, I don't think this can compare with the fuller experience.

Also, any other guy has access to the techniques. Recently I started reading a book about Kama Sutra. And half of the things there are not even about physical techniques, but rather how to make the whole experience richer.

But my issue is - can you really outperform her mind imprints of "big" first time events in relationships?

Or maybe I am overanalyzing it, and women don't see it that way, but rather feel it anew, flooded with emotion each new time, with each new guy.

Regardless, "damaged goods" is a real thing. And this is somewhat related.

@crowolf "If this actually makes sense, and is somewhat true, are we all doomed?"

In the sense that nothing ever turns out EXACTLY as we'd anticipated/would prefer, yeah. Label that "doomed", if you wish

Accept the things you cannot change, change the things that you can. You can't be her first everything.

That doesn't mean you can't be her best experience, her deepest connection, or the man she ultimately chooses to build a life with.
If you're constantly competing with her past, you've already lost sight of the present.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Everybody's different. It's her first time to be with you. Don't compare yourself to other people and just be the best version of you.

All of that works together...the things you whisper in her ear...how you touch her and when...the order in which you do things...knowing when to do one thing versus another...knowing when to back off and let her rest so you can build it up even further the next time, etc...

There ARE a lot of other things involved, but without a doubt, the better you are in the bedroom, the more leeway you have and the easier it makes everything else for you, because she does NOT want to lose you.

I'm 42, and over the last year alone I've met six women between the ages of 26 and 33 that have never had a male partner give them an orgasm !!!

In the example you've given, that particular woman is more likely to be what we call an "Alpha Widow", a woman who already found a man that ticked all boxes but, for some reason, it didn't work out. Save yourself the hassle and only date said woman for fun, nothing serious, because she will spend all her time measuring you up to a standard which in reality, may not even be real.

I side with this one. back when i was in highschool my gf(now ex) will write everything for me and even do both our assignments (WE ARE BOTH VERY SEXUAL/ We **** when we can ). Now i just realize, that i was unknowingly giving her the best finger/ Sex experience she will never forget, i hit the G-spot all the time (i already know this one). What i think are the contributing factors/experience are the ff.
1. F*ck her while her dad is just inches away from seeing us
2. F*ingered her in the classroom (she creamed, squirt) One classmate caught us, that was very embarrassing for us
3. We had sex knowing that any second my parents will caught us

So basically, foreplay is more important, add emotions; fear, excitement and the like up to the point that the sex/sweat was so intense her eyes would roll up.

But let's say, you are like a god when u **** plus you are muscular, got his **** together. You are a total package

How would you know if she is an "alpha widow"?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Seems like a negative, overly-analytical perspective. I don't see any benefit to worrying about those things. I never concern myself with any of that.

I think what you’re talking about is the low body count theory, without necessarily getting into the pair-bonding aspect. The argument has always been that a woman with less relationship and sexual experience is easier to impress because she has fewer experiences to compare you against.

For example, one of my friends started seeing a girl. He’s 6’4” and rides a motorcycle. After a while, our group started joking that when the situationship ended, she wouldn’t date another guy who was shorter or didn’t ride a motorcycle. Her next boyfriend was just as tall, looked like a model, but instead of riding a motorcycle, they travelled a lot together.

My point is that a woman’s past experiences can set the bar for her next partner. However, everybody is different, and you can offer something unique that she hasn’t experienced before.

Nonetheless, the manosphere argument, though, is that there is an inverse relationship between a woman’s age and her demands, as well as the supply of men available to her who meet her expectations.
