You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
So true. Even though women are emotional creatures, just end it nicely with a ok no problem take care and forget her.I don't ever respond to flaky chit like this. Don't even aknowledge it. To me, a cancelled date deserves a complete and permanent ghosting. All these suggestions about clever comebacks are pointless.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
We do not want to be desperate to get in panties !No need to ignore her unless she contacts you. Have other options and keep working her until she gives in.
That’s one thing I don’t get about this site. One flake, she’s out, she done, hell with her, I am the man, she doesn’t know what she is missing.
Give me a break. How important do we think we are? My coworker worked this Russian girl over for 4 months before she gave in. They are married and have a kid. But we would much rather be alpha and the man and be alone on weekends than have physical results right?
I strive to make the most efficient use of my time. Experience tells me that far more often than not, chasing these women or giving them chances will eventually lead to disappointment. But if a particular woman is worth it to you then go for it. There are plenty of fish in the sea. I can handle being alone for a few nights though. Compromising my self respect with someone inconsiderate of my time is not worth it to me. Says a lot about their character. A lot of dudes on here complaining about women getting stupid after weeks or months ir years can look back at red flags like this and smack their forehead for ignoring it because they didn't want to be alone and hold out for better qualityNo need to ignore her unless she contacts you. Do you flake when you're really interested in going out with someone while giving no response, valid excuse, or counter offer if you can't make it after plans have been made?Date time was 730pm. I sent this and got no response. I decided to go watch football with friends.

This is the correct answer imo, the fact she's still texting means she hasn't written you off. There's nothing wrong with doing what marmel suggested, just tell her to make it up to you by coming over and cooking you a meal or something. She's texting often. In my opinion she wants to see you. You have leverage. If you want to re-pursue then I recommend keeping texts minimal and to the point. I would invite her to drink on a specific day, time, and place.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
