Fat Burn mode?

On the treadmills, it'll indicate that 65% effort is Fat Burn and then like 85-90 (don't remember) is Cardio.

Is it effective to do the Fat Burn mode, say after my weight workout for about 20-30 min? I can't do HIIT after workout since I squat, and my legs die the next few days if I do.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Z, i believe this is mr. r.'s polite way of saying that your question is nonsense.

the harder you push, the more effective the cardio is as cardio, but the more it inhibits strength & size gains. you'll have to find your own balance. those labels at 65% & 85% are just fitness-machine-builders' bull****.
