*don't get weak though. Cool PR goal, that's for certain.
you can do it, find a way to maintain strength/endurance. You've got that ability.

*Why I'm here? I didn't even have the answer a couple months ago.
Yes.

I think so.

If you mean smash social blocks with people irl, by repetitive Gameskill learning that is being incrementally practiced by me.

Yes.

*TM=?

*Halfway through audio Game on yt. Great narration. I see who Dustin is now.
I mean, a 20-24hr fast, I'm notbdoing PRs.

Non record breaking. Been binging tom Merrick's and fitness FAQ. Solo training has been epic.

I was spitting more game between sets. I highly recommended it.

TM = transformation mastery.

Guided meditation and death meditation are good. Its not a pickup product. Solidify competency in the badics.

You're profound, man.
Reached the next level.

Maintain and keep leading.

Vast info here on Sosuave; making personal decisions as I read through the DJ bible.

Thanks very much for the membership here. I appreciate the patience.

Just closed window. Will try fasting this whole weekend. Look forward to my black coffee Monday morning too.

Sleep well.

Keep at it.

You can try. I did. Outlook not so good.

I finished but I never put up PRs.
I find that for strength stuff, fasting lowers it a little bit. But for speed/power exercises, I’m superhuman. No repeat endurance though, I can go all out a few times and absolutely kill it, but after that I’m gassed and done for the day. Can’t say the same when eating though. Fasting increases my explosiveness or something. I kinda like it. Only problem is that for me personally, I can’t really maintain it long-term because you just can’t progress on it as easily as if you were eating. You definitely start to look better though.

Not closed to the possibility I have social disability-maybe not full spectrum but at least mild asperger's.
I was kinda of wondering this about you myself, you honestly seemed like a female version of biggoal. Not trying to be a **** or anything.

I do like this place more than the other forums tbh. RSDNation forums were a lot more about strict PUA stuff rather than actual social dynamics. Which is funny because you’d expect it to be the reverse since RSD stands for ‘Real Social Dynamics’. SoSuave was originally about picking up chicks but it ended up being a whole lot more than that (to me) where you can actually find gold nuggets of wisdom about actual social dynamics that help you improve your social skills overall. And isn’t that all ‘game’ really is? Just an extension of your already-existing social skills.

I’m thinking it’s because of Pook tbh. Every pickup forum knows who he is, he kinda changed the game. I’m wondering if it was because his posts just happened to be compiled into an actual book (which back then was unheard of). At least part of it was because of that.

But the RSD forums (back when they were still up, anyway) still had a few gem posters on it though who were at the top of the top in terms of their level of skill. Unfortunately, most of them never really stuck around and so you’d have to read some of the really old stuff to find out about them. But I did happen to find one really great poster on there before he deleted his account and everything.

It was Rocco Siffredi. The fkn pornstar. Dude talked about his life story. Grew up dirt-poor, and was humiliated by women because of how bad he was with them. It says he’s Italian, but in his post I remember him saying he was Czech (or at least grew up there). I even remember him saying explicitly “I bought every self-help book I could find”. I think what prompted him was that someone gave him a tip as to pickup artistry and that’s how he first got started. Dude pulled hella chicks, hot ones too, built his own business empire and even had it involve chicks in it too lol. Years ago his net worth was around $500 million. Now it says $275 million lol but yeah, dude did it. He deleted all his posts and had his account deleted like I said so even if the forums come back up, you won’t find it anyway. Wish I saved it on archive.org but I didn’t know that such a thing even existed back then.

I don’t know where I was going with that, but anyway. It just kinda goes to show that this stuff really does work if you apply it and go through with it. Many chicks/feminists/leftist-libtards saying that only unkempt neckbeards and losers who sit in their mothers’ basement all day go on websites like these, but the fact is, that’s just not true. The dude above had it made, and there are many others throughout the years who’ve frequented and read manosphere forums and websites like this and become really successful. A lot of women/femtards hate it and may be in denial about it, but it’s true—many dudes who are attractive and/or financially successful have had help from places like this. Fact of the matter is, this stuff WORKS. Regardless of whatever soyboy simp or feminazi fucktard says lol. Feelsgoodman.jpeg

Should you lift heavy on fast days ?? Or life on the days that you eat ??
I drop my weight 10-20% on a fast day and go for reps. It will get blood movement and raise your metabolism. 30 minutes of moderate cardio. It's going to be 50-70% of max effort, don't get hurt, don't be stupid.

On the fast days after around 18-20 hrs, your body is "eating", it's eating stored body fat. Up until that point it was eating sugars and stored glycogen in the blood stream.

Hitting the body with weights while you are fasting forces it to spare your muscle, since you are using them. The body will rip harder out of the fat stores. Theres a science to it all but in moderation it works well.

You've been here a long time but still young, this is great news.

Storytime:
When I read up on the info from my late Dad's brain cancer doctors and read offspring starts with a 5 % inheritable chance I started worrying. That was in Summer 2013.

I had already noticed a cognitive decline.
With Dad's encouragement, I started quitting smoking again(over and over), completely abstained from alcohol(twice a year drinker),started experimenting with giving up certain foods and taking more supplements and more protein. It wasn't until 2015, after he passed, that I first gave up wheat. Now I'm trying that again.

Ex was actually diagnosed Asperger's and was wondering if I had it too.
For a potential risk of the brain tumour,
I can't get an MRI to check for the glioblastoma multiforme unless I present symptoms and I don't. And I will not lie just to get the scan.

I have 3 of those dangerous fillings in my teeth, those titanium filshie clips, a stainless pin in my elbow and all the welding fumes exposure(heavy metal toxicity); a couple of instances of multiweek malnutrition times throughout my life(I have those ridges at the top of my front teeth)and extreme isolation(I've lived alone more than 23 years and I've mostly worked with men in the trades and I don't date or flirt with them.).... very little outside of work dating.....all this, I think, has contributed to my socio-cognitive decline which mimics asperger's. Or I simply have it, no excuse, lol.

Or maybe its just that I need to get back into volunteering and rec leagues and determine what food allergies/sensitivities I have and remove them completely.

Fasting is incredible.

I feel like I'm 12 again, when I fast, like before the onset of menses at 13.

SoSuave: I was on another forum all the time (hunting related)between 2006 and 2012 and now just visit that one occasionally. I'll slow down on this one too, just super greedy for more info.
Like that scene in the movie 'Lucy' where she's rapidly scanning through the computer at her roommate's.

In a way, I'm learning a different way of hunting here on SS.

:) lol
I wasn't going to pretend I was a guy or that I wasn't a weird tomboy chic. I have tried to be completely honest here and I feel I've been richly rewarded by seeing all these interesting personalities. I get a lot of things now, that I never understood about how guys see girls.

Will continue fasting now more regularly.

I know vitamin E can help with certain heavy metal poisonings. Most heavy metals are fat-soluble, and vitamin E is also a fat-soluble vitamin too, meaning it’ll go right to the fat stores where some heavy metals may be stored. There’s also no overdose limit for it either even though which is great, so yeah. Just a thought.

hmmm, thanks, thought there was an overdose limit for Vit E. Only ever applied it topically to scars/stretch marks. Thanks for this.
Ordered the liquid ionic Boron and Proline finally and that store clerk said I should be taking a dietary fat with my 2000 unit measure of D3 a day.
So I take a tsp of coconut oil with them now.

The third dental reference I'll make to you today between these few posts is a question.
Have you heard of pulling(swishing around coconut oil in and around your teeth) as a caries and plaque preventative?
Opinion?
I remember you saying you were considering dentistry.

Thanks again and I'll check for reply next Sunday.

Yeah I gotta be honest, I’m only in it for the money and work-life balance. Outside of that, I don’t really care much for it. The real research behind everything is being hidden away and not really taught in schools, you’ll have to find out yourself. I think I may have mentioned this before, but I know that a lot of people who take vitamin K2 notice that the plaque on their teeth goes away (though some say that it comes back after a while). I noticed it a little for myself too when I was taking it that plaque went away but I’m not sure about rn. My cousin (a dentist) said that plaque is caused by a certain bacteria so I’m pretty sure it has to do with sugar in your mouth. But I’m not sure why K2 prevents plaque to begin with; methinks it’s because the actual byproduct of the bacteria isn’t the plaque itself but rather something else that fuses with calcium deposits and thus hardens up, and since K2 deals with calcium transport, it would explain why plaque goes away.

Just a theory anyway. I know that charcoal toothpaste exfoliates your teeth too. Can’t use it too much or else you’ll start eating away at the enamel but it’s good to use occasionally.

One of the best things fasting is for is dropping into guaranteed keto. Fast your 2 days and 3rd day add protein and 10-40g of carbs. You'll be grateful to have that food.

So, I've been fasting for several months now.

16:8 is my window.

I am currently contemplating either lengthening my fast, incorporating day fasts once a week or combo with keto.

My training is entirely calisthenics although I have a few kettlebells. For calisthenics, I train to failure or nearly. I have played with upper and lower body splits but I have seen some improvement by aiming atva muscle isolation style. I have less soreness and more recovery time given I train six days a week. I have set 8 hrs minimum for my sleep. I still battle insomnia.

I am running 3x a week. I am beginning a basic yoga routine. I need to stretch more. I have also been warming up with exercise bands to improve range of motion and lubricate the joints. I use dead sea bath salts and cryotherapy to help with healing.

I have also been doing meditation 2x a day. Minimum, 20mins but usually more. I also include some Wim Hoff breathing techniques. I have been doing the beginners vid since before pandemic started.

This is awesome going man. Sounds like a mad routine with the best frame ever - focus on your growth.

For insomnia, though rare with a great diet and routine, zinc supplements seem to help. I supplement with zinc magnesium aspartate for better sleep quality.

Some studies are conflicted whether it's simply placebo, but I've noticed a strange effect of the vividness of my dreams. Do research on it.

I used to do 50 push ups x 4. Noticed it helped with endurance not strength or mass, switched to one hand pushups - 6 x 5, better hypertrophy.

I'm planning to get resistance bands as soon as possible for my home workouts #lockdownsucksass

You are one person who has made me want to meditate properly, any input or guidance on that would be useful.

Mad props tho. Keep inspiring.

I read "Be here now" by Ram Das.

Around the same time, i had a wild psychedelic trip. Focus thereafter was on mibd, body, spirit.

Interestingly enough, i had been doing the Wim Hoff breathing techniques at a basic level prior to the pandemic kicking off.

I can see my six pack on a full stomach following my last meal as my window shuts. Fasting is next level. I have to say, the mental toughness is a challenge but, I got use to it.

I have taken sleeping pills eons ago. The doctor prescription was a benzo but my grandfather was taking it who warned me not to given the addictive nature. I opted for over the counter sleeping pills. I might have been 18. I have not taken pills the past decade. I have had success with melatonin and or dream water (5htp, gaba, melatonin). On fast, i sleep well.

Furthermore, i bought Why we Sleep by Matt Walker. My sleep has been 10x better. I have issues since pandemic with the gym closed. I have been training till failure and its helped.

Some studies are conflicted whether it's simply placebo, but I've noticed a strange effect of the vividness of my dreams. Do research on it.
I noted lucid and vivid dreams.

I have sleep paralysis and experience with AP/hemisync. Its ****ed. I have never did a sleep test. If i had i would expect a series of things. I once again had sleep apnea. This is common in obesity and heart disease but also individuals with a longer neck. I now side lay. I have no issues anymore. Alternatively, i sleep on a arm which is nasty.

I used to do 50 push ups x 4. Noticed it helped with endurance not strength or mass, switched to one hand pushups - 6 x 5, better hypertrophy.
I have gymnastics rings and a power setup like rollo tomassi. Dips, chin ups, and a few kettlebells. I am a noob with kettlebells so nothing intense atm. Mostly goblet squats, lunges l, German volume etc. No snatches lol.

I'm planning to get resistance bands as soon as possible for my home workouts #lockdownsucksass

Download Calm or headspace.

If you want to get serious buy a Muse meditation headset. I found one used relatively cheap prior to the pandemic. It measures the analytics.

You can read about alpha, gama, theta waves. The depth in which you can measure the depth of the session is monumental. The next gen muse is out. I haven't upgraded yet but I will eventually.

Dark mate, I'm thirty. I don't look my age. Full head of thick blonde hair. I am deezed but leaning out with the gym weights and fasting. Its pandemic and I still do cold approach. Tinder too but I prefer game irl. Cold approach is ego decimated on the regular.

Lifting, I'm reading 3 books a week, meditating, foam rolling, I'm going in nature, and I am using the pandemic wisely. I have quite a ego lol. I get obliterated tripping on psychedelics. I'm the sort of lad, we would clash, thriw hands, shake habds, get drinjs, and thrn go out and get girls lulz.

Check YouTube fitness faq. He's a good resource.

YouTube Ecky (eckhart tolle. Look up Dan Millman. Read way of the peaceful warrior.

Socrates describes meditation, "Surrender to what is. Let go" meditation in a nutshell.

I joined a meditation group this year. I recommend it. You get tons of women. Lots are cooky and into energy crystals and ****ery but super kinky.

The next addition to the regimine is yoga.

what about dance? I'm not even trolling. Lengthening the muscles for a different look? Getting grace and swiftness.

I lifted my bodyweight dozens of times today climbing and felt gassed out 6 hours in. My arm muscles are weaker too.
It was after 2 snacks high in sugar on afternoon break.
I will fast now after lunch with zero food and just water to avoid this afternoon slump at work.
Feel my metabolism still running high.
I'm ready to shed more weight.

Pushups, dips, pullups, close grip pushups, leg raises, supermans, stretching, etc. Muscles which are unused or unstressed start shutting down and turning off. So do what you can during this period. If you want additional resistance during pushups, elevate your feet, wear a weight vest or have one of your young kids sit on your back.

Our Dad did that with us kids.
