“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

The smaller your wrist, the larger your forearms will look once you put some size on them. It allows for more of a "slope", creating the illusion of size.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Yeah, what everyone said.

I have tiny 6.5 inch wrists.
I use to do 160lb wrist curls, and still no growth in the wrist.
I do have 12.5" forearms now, though.

Grip training is about the best you can do. You'll notice the difference.

I would say from your forearms being that size and your wrist size I'd say your arms properly look big.

I've only just started wearing short sleeve t-shirts during the last six months.
I use to have a real complex about my twig arms. I'd always wear long-sleeve shirts and stuff.
The girly wrists still bug me though.

Well that's some **** if ever I heard some.

Small wrists, make the forearm look silly in comparison.

Aw man, I'm cursed with that same condition, skinnywristitis

Used to think I could do something about it through weights...uh no. Anyone who tells you that you can increase the actual size of your wrists substantially is blowing smoke up your ass.

All you can do is lift and lift heavy, compounds, and build up the parts of your arm that you can affect...this will make your wrists look "bigger" when in fact they are the same skinnyass wrist you had before. It's an illusion dude.

But wrists attached to a muscular arm look much more impressive than the same wrist attached to a spaghetti noodle. Quit fixating on the girth of your wrist, it's a useless waste of time.

Go to this link there is a guy with 6 inch wrist but has 14.4forearms and his looks massive.

Just go down the page and you'll see the picture of his forearm plus it gives ideas on how to build your forearms.

That's pretty wild.

Anyone know what a good exercise would be for the area between the forearm and the biceps?

there's no muscle between the forarm & your biceps, only your elbow.

You obviously cannot increase the size of your elbow, as you cannot increase the size of your wrist.

You want big arms:
*Squat
*Deadlift
*Press
*Row
*Pull-ups/chin-up

It's so simple & effective, most people don't want to believe it.

Forget everything you've read in this thread.

Punch a punching bag-a fairly heavy one, for thirty minutes 2-3 times a week.
With this take two 16 lb dumbells and do half uppercuts and make it burn.

I should know, my wrists grew out of my watch overnight.
