My head feels like its decrompressing , no more planning to be tactical with her and her motives, battling my own illusion wich she had adopted to win me over the list goes on.

Get over yourself. You went through something dramatic but guess what? Probably most us have gone through something like this. Move forward and don't back track. Quit making threads about it because that is only making you think of it more.

I agree with the first part.

When you are with a BPD for the long haul they end up infecting you with their craziness so when they happily dump you for another sucker, you are the one that is going to remain with their depression, anxiety and mood swings.

After playing a therapist for that girl you may need one yourself.
