"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Being unconscious is not healing dysfunctional behavior. Most relationship issues stem from being unconscious. Most people have emotional traumas that they do not address. The average person has not even began doing the internal work to be emotionally healthy. This is what " inner game" that was talked about in PUA circles really means.

Ever since I have done massive emotional healing I have learned how to talk to the feminine. You get triggered less and are able to talk to them almost like you would talk to your small daughter. You lead with love and calmness. You can also connect with them emotionally.

The trick is finding a chick that is also willing to go on the journey of healing her traumas. I asked a girl the other day " why were you out in streets when you were younger?" She basically said she was going on autopilot. She was not conscious. She was not even thinking about her behavior. Most people do not think about the root causes of their behavior.

Two emotionally healthy people can have a long lasting relationship and marriage.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I agree that healing and working on this is very important. Alot of the issues with my wife and I stem from my emotional immaturity and her childhood trauma

Yes exactly! Same thing in my relationship. My emotional immaturity made me over react to toxic things she would do. I was stuck in this alpha maintain frame nonsense. A man should be balanced. I also had to work on my insecurties.

Her childhood trauma made her hyper emotional, and insecure toxic. Its much different now due to each party actually doing the deep work.

Yep, the first step is to reflect and understand the root causes of your emotional issues/traumas in life and then you can begin unraveling them. Usually happens naturally once you Decide to change, and have a great understanding of what occured.
