“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Is it true that egg is the highest quality protein available? Even better than meat? I know an egg has about 6grams of protein per egg, so I'd have to eat a hell of a lot of them to get to my recommened daily protein intake of 160grams a day.

Whole egg protein is superior even to red meat in my opinion. You shouldn't restrict yourself to just one protein source, but it would be eggs if I only had to choose one. But ideally your proteins should be egg (raw), beef and whey - the rest don't do much for serious muscle growth.

And 160g protein isn't very much for a hard training individual. I'd get that in my first two meals of the day. :D

Sounds like a lot to me. What kind of meals are you getting 80grams of protein each?

When training hard it's 500g protein or bust.. now that I'm not training hard (read: at all) it's about 350-400 per day.

And I dunno, they vary. 2 scoops of protein plus 6-8 eight raw eggs gives you 80-odd grams of protein. 3/4lb of chicken, 1lb of beef. Cheeseburgers (no bun, natch).. I admit I'd not want to try and get 80g protein from tuna ;)

Yeah, but at 242 (actually probably less now) and training hard I'm hardly average, am I?

Lots of guys in the gym make the mistake of trying to follow the RDA for nutrients thinking "Ahhh, I'm just an average guy looking for a bit of muscle and fitness, I don't need to eat like a massive bodybuilder" - this is flawed in that 1) the RDA is sh!t and 2) in training, you are simply not an average, sedentary person anymore..

Are the pre-separated egg whites that come in a carton any good?

They seem a little expensive, but if I'm suppose to throw out most of the yolks from a regular egg, they seem a little more price competitive.

You're not supposed to throw out the yolk. The yolk contains all of the vitamins and most of the minerals. Egg whites have no nutritional value except some trace minerals and protein.

Right now I don't throw out the yolk. I'll scramble five eggs with the yolk.
But I might switch to just keeping only one yolk.
