Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I do work out and eat healthy , even play soccer weekly , but with 10 hours sitting (8 work + 2 commute ) it is hard to make up that easilyThere are steroids like Tren that helps cut weight....lol that is not the route I'd suggest tho. If you want to lose weight you are just going to have to put it in the hard work- it's never too late. I was 225 at the start of June (I had a bit of a gut). I am now down to 206. Just started working out 5 days a week, walking for 2 hours every sat and sun and changing my eating habits a bit. I eliminated nothing but minimized how much I would have and frequency - ie I would have ice cream only once a week. As long as your active you can generally enjoy the same things because you'll burn them off.
I feel you bro. In most of my corporate jobs same **** happened to me, a lot of sitting most of the time. You gotta try working it into your schedule - wake up an 1 hr or 2 early and work outI do work out and eat healthy , even play soccer weekly , but with 10 hours sitting (8 work + 2 commute ) it is hard to make up that easily
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
