(I'm talking about macking his contemporaries, not young chicks, LOL.)

This video got me thinking:

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I don't see why they wouldn't. I guess it depends on what you believe the main trigger is. I personally think its appearance. Every man has either been on the receiving end or seen a woman clearly smile at a guy or initiate some sort of contact to push things in that direction (date etc). Most of the time a woman won't be able to to determine anything for certain about your true lifestyle/net worth - she only knows she likes what she sees when you first appear on her radar.

What sealed it for was some of the traveling i've done. I realized (both directly and indirectly) women use it as an outlet to have fun.

More and more younger women are becoming disillusioned with "men" their age.

I say men in quotes because many are more like immature teenagers that never plan on growing up.

A broke dude has more serious obstacles to navigate(like getting a few bucks in his pocket + establishing a steady cash flow)than getting underneath some broad's thong. Making poonany #1 on your list of priorities when you're sleeping in a warehouse abandoned during Carter's presidency is tantamount to folks in The West Bank sweating who'll win this season of X Factor, and not giving much thought to avoiding being carpet bombed out of existence

On a more fundamental level, men aren't and WON'T be achieving any semblance of financial solidness until their 30+ nowadays, and this number will likely climb at all points in the future. What the video in The OP describes isn't remotely shocking, when one recognizes that most men don't really begin serious careers until their 3rd decade of life

To say nothing of the demasculation of young men, much of which has been done intentionally IMO. Check out this video, where males of different ages are asked who their celebrity crush is. Once it gets to a certain age, an unusual number of guys list men as their crush, and/or come across as rather feminine:

Younger, broke dudes can get laid.

In 2011, Roosh wrote an article about being broke, unemployed, and living in his dad's basement at age 31 (nearly 32).

It's much more difficult to pull off that style of initial seduction after one's early to mid 30s.

Middle aged men and older approaching similarly aged women will have more difficulty with this.

To everything there is a season. For a period during The 70s and even early-esque 80s, androgyny was riding high, thanks to the effects of glam rock and hair metal. Things went to the opposite extreme afterwards, and roided out he-men like Arnie, Stallone, Van Damme, and Chuck Norris became hip. Something similar will happen again, sometime in the near future

It can be done, same way The US government CAN send drones into most of the 3rd World and wipe out entire villages... Whether these are especially wise courses of action is what I question

Much as we all enjoy sex, a decent place to live, nutritious meals, and having enough cash to maintain both are pretty f-cking important also, are they not?

When you are an unemployed male and/or a broke male, you are still horny and you still desire sex. Sexual desire is not dependent upon employment status or net worth.

Sexual release is part of basic needs alongside of food, water, and shelter.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Not saying it's "wrong" to have those urges while broke. Just that prioritizing sating them over getting your financial situation squared away is moronic

There's only so much time that one can spend in job interviews if unemployed. During unemployment, many people have a lot of free time, which is more time for app swiping and stranger approaching.

If employed and broke, that's also a bad spot. @BPH has made that work as he has been able to seduce while not in a good employment situation and living with his parents in his late 20s/early 30s.

But I wouldn't call myself a silver fox. Most people think I'm in my early 20s.

That's true. At your age, you can get away with your circumstances. Someone in the silver fox age range (40+) can't get away with it.

Older guys can't be any of the following

-unemployed
-underemployed
-broke
