I just read it myself. It sure is worth another bump. I've even noticed things I have told others in here and in real life, e.g. talk to bar staff, befriend others in night spots, approach all people, not just women.

No more Us and Them...get comfy talking to any stranger. Then when you want to approach a nice gurl, save your brain power for the opening lines and absorbing tactical information, not wasting it on being scared witless...stress kills your logic centre, and you will flub lines and body language for sure.

Huh? When I said "absorbing tactical information", I just meant looking for possible conversation topics: clothes, environment, weather, situation, etc.

i totally agree that it's so important to first develop social skills with people in general before seriously macking on girls.

you gotta be to hold a decent conversation with people you don't know really well before u can start actually macking on women.

great advice... but I still have some trouble. After talking to many people in one day, my social anxiety seems to be fully disappeared... at least very low. But the next morning it starts all over again.
I have experienced this many times, and when I think the anxiety is gone at the end of the day, it starts all over again the next morning... damn, it almost seems to be impossible to get out of the cycle. I have been suffering from this anxiety for a year now.
